Hi Your video is really helpful for me!! I have a question. I do fast and loose drill between my s&s swing sets. But if I do these drills, my heartrate goes up more than when I didn't. Am I doing in wrong way?

Not at all. Don't keep doing F&L for too long. Wait until your heart rate goes down before your next set.

What kind of minimalist double bell program would you recommend?
