Nice! Would it be too much work to do a tutorial of the subway station just showing the basic stuff like the dimensions since I used to live near NYC and whenever I traveled around NYC with my dad we would take the subway?
Hmm I think if you study the video, you know the dimensions of the subway. I made it based on my personal memory on what it should be like so it probably isn't that accurate. You can go to www.planetminecraft.com/project/nyc-style-mta-subway-station/ to get more screenshots.

+JNG Aviation™ Thanks for subscribing! The reason why it says it's not a valid world file in the preview is because it's a folder of the schematics. There's I believe 6 trains in that one folder so to see them you have to download it and import with MCEdit.

How is this an R188 when it only exists on the 7 line? (let alone the IRT!) The A C E lines only run R46s, R32s, and R160a and R160b s (as of May 2016). Also, the A B C D E F and G trains used to be part of the IND system, which runs on wider cars as the IRT (uses R62s and R62a s, R142s and R142a s, and R188s.) Not to mention the BMT also runs on the same cars as the current IND- they are interchangeable.
I did not base my design off the R142, the only train I based this on the 7 train subway which is the R188 so I put R188. I did not want to put only the 7 train line there so I randomly assigned it with the A C E (IND line) so I can have 3 trains running through it. So that's the story behind it.

Well at first you might not be the best builder, but over time you'd get better and better. I've been playing Minecraft since late 2010 so I have a lot of experience. It's funny the first time I've played minecraft was not even for building, it was to play survival mode and I hated creative mode, but now it's the opposite.

You put a IRT train that has 3 doors the A train is apart of the BMT which has 4 doors so that can be the 4,5, and 6 trains

i use slabs and stone brick stairs as train tracks
