Hello! I just got my Janome cover pro 2000 and tryed the coverstitch with 2 needle. The left needle thread is contantly breaking after few cm of sewing (sometimes the centre thread breaks too), I played with tension and it doesn't help. It breaks both on woven cotton and jersey. Any idea? Thanks!
Are you using a quality thread? This could be the problem or even if it is not quite threaded correctly- try it with some different thread - slow down your stitching too - good luck
Hi. I have that machine but I find my threads won’t budge at the end of sewing so I have to cut them from underneath despite releasing the threads as you do. What could I be doing wrong? I found gutttemans thread just wouldn’t sew in the looper at all. It was just sooooo tight. It sews ok on heavier sweatshirt material but thinner vest top nursery is just jamming. It misses stitches and the tension is just all seem off. It’s brand new so should work. Help!
Hi Moira - are you raising the needles to highest position and lifting the pressure foot to release the tension? Rethread and ensure all as it should be - If still troublesome - contact who you purchased it from - good dealers should be able to help you - good luck

May i ask can you add a binder on this machine for binding on baby onesies/bodysuit shirts etc?

Does the cotton go in between the tension disks, mine appear to just lay on the silver disks. Thank you

Is this machine work as a overlock machine. Can we do over lock with this machine
You can use an over edge stitch and foot - included, but it it not an overlock - that os a completely different machine
