It's too lame to say women can't be negative. Anybody in this world can be anything. Just because you're a woman doesn't mean you can't be negative. Circumstances don't make people negative, it's the choice people make in those circumstances. We can term anything as good or bad or negative, the point being one person can be all good or bad or negative. It doesn't depend on your gender. We need to break out of this image of women being perfect and loving and caring and devoted so that they can't be negative.

I differ. Circumstances have made sweet people monsters. Once a child in America did mass shooting after bad bullying. Bullying turned him into a shooter at the age of 15 only. The abuser was also once abused.

I feel Ghalti ended on a very positive empowering note- I loved the fact that a divorcee woman was supported by her family and that is so painfully needed in our society -
Divorce is not bad!! And a happily divorced woman means that the society and the family and friends at large supports and helps a divorcee woman to live her life with dignity and integrity and independence and freedom of choice -

She sustained the pressure and her mother supported her. she become strong and didnt act becahri ad all , that was a very positive message. I just think Saad ending was not iimpressive at all, it was unncessary

There are a handful of Pakistani actors/actresses that I'm a fan of and Hira is one of them.
Apart from her ability to stand out in every character that she plays, I like how comfortable she is in her skin, has no facade to her personality and never comes across as insecure. And I'm glad that Amna rightfully pointed this out. Even the most popular/likeable actors have an element of pretentiousness to them where they will try to act exclusive or drastically change their mannerisms in order to conform to their definition of "stardom". But I haven't seen the same happen to Hira and I both love AND admire that about her.
I hope that she stays the same and continues to shine in everything she does!

She worked like a maid , she was humiliated. This is the message to tolerate all these. She was completely divorced that's why she could not live any longer with her husband

The only problem I had with “Ghalti” ending was the husband dying in the end - Why??? Because he committed a dishonest kasam over the Quran?? Why couldn’t they show repentance? Why does a man have to die if he’s sinful and the only repentance can be death? Why couldn’t he uplift himself to stand next to his aging mother and a depressed divorcee sister? Why couldn’t he have an overall apologetic aura about himself that could salvage him in the end?

Although this interview is still more measured than the last, she comes off a little fake like she’s trying too hard. Also Sajal and Ahad did break their pair for aangan, is she really comparing affan and herself to Sajal/Ahad or Fawad/Mahira? Lol
However she is becoming a good actress and her hard work does show.

You are misunderstood...she didn't mean that...she wasn't comparing..she just gave us an example of them!

Totally disagree with Hira! A good movie will always garner audience - a movie is not driven by fan following at large - Hira is a phenomenal actress - She’s brilliant as an actor but on a personal level, I feel she needs to grow and mature further as a human being -

I m impressed .. Hira is really matured now .. or Amna knows how to take interview .. as last year when Hasan took her interview Hira acted quite immature

No, Hira did not act immature but she always speaks her mind out. Unfortunately, public is used to fake accent of most actresses.
