That's so untrue, where did you get that from? No one will be getting that kind of salary in circuital branches (up to 2nd gen IIT) and only a small percentage in other core fields will be getting that low. For eg: IIT Madras has has median salary of 19+ LPA last year, which means 50% of students got more than 19 lacs.

It's not like that.. you guys said, medical students are more than iitian/nitian... You can't compare like that bcz there is many other engineering colleges... people can be engineers at anywhere. That's why doctors are more valued. If you're considering only iit n nits, it should be with AIIMS not with a common medical College. And i didn't see any unemployed doctors even if they're graduated from a local medical College! We all know there's no enough doctors in India.. so everyone values neet over iits n nits.. that's why even after getting such prestigious clg they're preparing for neet..!

Nowadays md ms must after mbbs
And meanwhile average salary in iits 35 lpa and highest 4cr
at just 21-22 years old
