Most foreign study programme are disgiused traps to earn money from foreign students to keep their colleges solvent, subsidize education for locals and get cheap student labour at minimum wages which most locals despice. Problem is the current gen. Of international students barring a few are reasonably well off. So most get along without a part time job. So there is an acute shortage of labour in say the construction field. Working 20 hrs a week on such jobs will leave the atudent with no energy to study. Secondly These countries should stop taxing students who get paid minimum wages and are barely able to make money to buy food. Rent has become unaffordable. Local transit is expensive. For traveling between two neighbouring counties, one needs to buy two tickets..
Banking is another way students get fleeced with service charges.
These countries with huge land and no population try to run model cities. To run these cities and clean the filthand work like labourers they get these foreign students doing menial jobs. It is best to stay away from such scam countries and save tour parents hard earned money. Students need to learn life betterment business and work skills rather than fancy degrees which do not pay back in India. Most foreing lands will soon run out of steam. You reap as you sow.
