  • A breakdown of both boards. Downwind talk. Pros and cons to each of them. If your looking to buy a board or get into DW foiling, there might be some relevant info. I’ll be selling one board. Which one will it be?

    I’m 240 lbs and we’re looking at DW SUP boards to play with alongside our lift EFoils. Very helpful.

    Yeah- at your weight it's tricky to stand up in freshwater and the bumps with only 100 liters ...thanks for this video!

      I think 100 litres is good actually. The bottom shape plus 100 litres is a tough combo. The KT board does work good. I might be splitting hairs. After riding the Armstrong I’d like to try there next board size down. Lol it never stops

    You are not really comparing like for like.. the volumes are different enough to have a considerable impact on performance, stability etc

    Thanks.. Subbed. I am either going 125 naish (much more affordable, or 121 armstrong) weigh 90Kg approx. mostly light wind winging, but want to try and get up on flat water with paddle as well for exercise and challenge.. with a 1750ma armstrong front wing.. will be deciding within the week.. What is your weight?

      Hey I’m 77 kg. If u have Armstrong foil. I’d probably stick with the board. But I’m sure the Naish would be good too. One thing Armstrong foils like to be forward in the box. So if you end up going with Naish make sure the Naish can accommodate that. Enjoy!

    Do you know if the stock KT Dragonfly boards are the same shape as your custom?

    • @michaelpisarczyk6465
      @michaelpisarczyk6465  Před 10 měsíci +1

      Yes the production boards are a little larger and wider. Similar bottom shape. I believe they are more user friendly/ stable then what I had. Also that custom was sooo light weight. Super thin glass/carbon. Easy to ding. Production ones are little heavier and tougher.

      Thank you! Being 65kg, the Armstrong 7'2 would be a good board to start DWing?
