I’ve watched this twice because I love how you demonstrate through time the seasonal transformation of your deck garden. I especially enjoyed the beautiful photography of the night garden-magical.
Love your vidieos I’m in zone7B north Alabama I have some tropicals that die back in winter here lack there of most years I have cannas hardy bananas angels trumpets and elephant ears the spread like crazy but they add the tropical feel but use ing bright vivid flowers and foliage do give that pop I may give a try of oleander and a few others But I’m redoing my yard so giveing a lot of thinking on what to use where but I’ll keep watching mike

the plant you are asking about is a Ficus maclellandii, Long Leaf Fig or Banana Leaf Fig. (Mine has survived the drought)
