S. sale (currently renting/C FL/ insurance issues/ looking to start flipping/ zero inventory re; foreclosures though, just signed another cheap rental lease agreement to ", wait out " to this ",bottom" , but cant figure out whats taking but i know its comin. My cpa said track everything so when I pay down payment for hard money he pays half. Hard money pays for all Reno labor and budget anything else we split then at the end I write him a check for his half!
