Hey, quick question. How do you make your cars roll on the treadmill? This morning, I tried to race a few of my die-cast cars, but they wouldn’t roll. No matter how much speed I used, the wheels remained stationary and just wouldn’t spin. I even tried it on 0 incline and it still didn’t work. If you could get back to me that’d be greatly appreciated, thanks.
Looks like the back of the treadmill is elevated. Basically the cars are rolling down and when the incline is raised its being brought back to level.
That's true but he he got his cars like it's like if you did it had to maybe it's the right or left rear up front damaged one of it or it's old or something you got to have like same ones as him because those are like you know like rolling cars that will go on treadmills and yeah that's how he just work not like like if you if I have like my cars and they're old it won't work cuz maybe the right word is damaged it can't go so that's why

Im sorry, i don't understand the physics on this lol, if the treadmill is pushing back, how come the cars not going back too? do they have some kind of thrust?
I guess I get it. Initially when the speed of the treadmill is low the friction due to the treadmill provides a torque on the wheels of the cars and the car accelerates forward. The reason behind this is that(according to me) the linear acceleration of each of the cars depends on the angular acceleration of the wheels. Also the angular acceleration of the wheels is inversely proportional to the moment of inertia and since the radius and mass of the wheel is less the moment of inertia becomes less and the angular acceleration increases causing linear acceleration of the car to increase which accelerates the car forward. When the speed of the treadmill further increases a point in time comes when the velocity of the treadmill and the linear velocity of the wheels of the car and thus the car becomes equal. This moment is known as pure rolling when the car stays in its place. When the speed of the treadmill further increases, a time comes known as slipping where the linear velocity of the wheels and thus the car is less than the velocity of the treadmill which causes a frictional force causing the car to move backwards.also some cars initially during the accelerating stage move backwards and then move forwards while the other cars still move forwards, the reason is that the wheels of each car is different,the material is different causing the mass to be different.this causes the moment of inertia to be different and thus the angular acceleration to be different. Thus the linear speed of the car which initially is less than the speed of the treadmill eventually catches up and thus the car starts moving forward. this is the simplest explanation. There are actually many factors involved such as the weight of the cars etc but going into that will make this comment very big. And also there is no thrust mechanism lol.I hope u now understand:)

The treadmill pushes wheel back but its still a wheel so the continuous motion makes it stable.
