Lmao when Drew was complaining about not enough tortillas (as a Mexican woman, I 100% agree) it reminded me of the time we found out my dad was first diagnosed with the “diabeetus”. We took him to the doctor and she asked him how many tortillas he ate daily and he said with his heavy Mexican accent “ah like 3 or 4” and she said “oh that’s not too much” and he said “yes 3-4 packs a day” and she almost fell out of her chair lmao those packs are usually a dozen tortillas each 😂 she told him to immediately stop eating that many tortillas 💀

I missed the chance to share my Panera hot take. I’m a Former employee, but I also don’t care how food is prepared at restaurants/fast food places. BUT at the Panera I worked at I was going to be an opener which meant I needed to set up the bread wall and dessert cases. Part of the responsibility is to cut the holes in the bread bowls. Well when you’re wearing gloves those things are so slippery. While I was going through training I accidentally dropped one on the floor and my natural inclination, as I think would be anyone elses, was to throw it away. My trainer ran over to stop me and said we couldn’t through it away because they only make so many for the day and told me I need to put it back with the rest of the bread bowls to be sold and served. I tried bringing it to the attention of a manager and my trainer got mad at me and told me I was “starting drama” 😂 If I ever dropped anything I had to throw it away secretly (being the decent human being I am) so no one would unknowingly be eating food off the floor. My time working there I would see my trainer drop something (bread bowls and bagels mostly) and discreetly put it back on the shelf. I would go behind her and throw it away and all the rest of what it was touching. Needless to say I quit after a month and called corporate 👌🏻😂

i love the dynamics between the three of you. hope Pili comes back every month. Pili has a very grounding energy and voice on the podcast. I love watching Drew and Deis just being these silly balls of energy while Pili is just there in between them holding it down.

Edit: I agree with Deison about the Cheesecake Factory. I was SO excited to go bc I’ve never been before and I could NOT wait. I got there and the place was BEAUTIFUL, I LOVED IT. But when our food came out… meh. It was alright. My first dessert had a hair in it and the cheesecake tasted like normal cheesecake. Overhyped for sure. I was disappointed 🫤 Just a regular degular overpriced restaurant but the scenery is gorg
