As a Mexican girl who has been eating hot chips since elementary school, I too suffer. However, I, once in middle school went a whole year without eating hot chips because I got really into running and slowly cut back for a diet… and the worst thing that came from that was that I realized I did in fact feel better 😒. Now I’m in college and I’m attempting to do that again and so far it’s been a month and realize that I’m acting like I’m in recovering addict going around telling people how good it feels to not induce in red 40.

I just got out of (another) emotionally abusive relationship two days ago, and honestly listening to your opinions and views on life is really keeping me going right now. Regarding the doing things alone question: something that really helped me get comfortable is going to stores RIGHT when they open -- I typically have the whole place to myself and can take my time perusing. As a woman, it's a lot more peaceful, I don't have to be *quite* as on-edge about my surroundings when it's me and a couple grandma's in the store✨
