the way I used to eat Picot like candy whenever i was in mexico when i was a kid. i would treat it like that Dip candy. it was so sour i just assumed it was candy not knowing it was medicine.

Picot aka Sal de uva is an essential in my Mexican household… but I’ve never put it in water 😗🫢 we dry scoop it down😭 the fizziness helps immediately
😮 as a Mexican with IBD, I have never taken Picot dry but best believe I’ll be dry scooping the next time my intestines try to kill me

Okay as someone who watched Challengers AND The Idea Of You in the past week - Challengers is a must see that is suuuper engaging. It likely requires multiple watches to see all of the intentionality behind it but it's enjoyable in a really tense kind of way the first time around. In it tennis is described as a relationship and the movie is meant to be a relationship too so I think Drew will loooove picking that all apart.
The Idea Of You is a good bad movie. But not in a classic kind of way like TSITP, in a "I'll watch this once and it'll be a fun time" kind of way.

I worked in post production for Amazon’s “The Idea of You” with a great team. The editors worked incredibly hard it’s been a great job. I would listen to your podcast episodes and cackle my ass off while in the office everyday.
This has been my favorite job while in the industry so far. Your podcasts and tiktoks got me through those long days where I’d leave at night.
Unfortunately, the film is not based on Harry Styles but on Robinne Lee’s book of the same title. But we talked about Harry all the time in post production.

I saw Me before You in theater with a gf and nearly the entire theater was crying and someone literally SCREAM SOBBED and I accidentally laughed because I wasn't prepared for the sound and was immediately humbled with dirty looks.
The description of Pride and Prejudice took me out. I knew exactly what she was talking about even though it was all wrong lmao.
