WHO enjoys watching shark tank and having lunch 🥪
Me , Taco Bell today , shark tank never misses
It’s a must to eat while watching shark tank
I ONLY watch shark tank when I eat lunch 😂😂😂
It's only 930 am lol
Eating my subway tuna…. or maybe it’s not tuna?
never wait to hear kevin's offer.. it can't be good
Especially if he offers last
Literally he’s a snake 🐍. Like look into how he made his money. He’s one of the sharks I’d never take a deal with
His offers actually have been pretty good lately, but not here. I’m surprised she didn’t counter for a higher $ amount in exchange for the 10% he wanted

She came here for a free publicity, which she achieved. Mission accomplished!
It was a massively successfully PR exercise.
You really gonna accuse the person who destroyed their own valuation is here just for publicity? Shes stupid for not taking Robert's offer but shes definitely not here just for the publicity, even tho she did get that
@@paulsheridan1How is she not here only for publicity?
@@ceterisparibus8966 Exactly.
@@alon403bruh anyone in shark tank is for publicity. Anyone wants to be seen with their product LOL
When Ghia appeared on "Shark Tank," the company had more than 750 accounts, and Masarin herself had created most of those inroads by reaching out directly to influential people in the food and beverage space. Now, Ghia is available at more than 1,600 stores, bars, and restaurants across the United States and Canada.

Yes. But is she in debt???

She knew deals with Robert never actually materialize
It could also be that
He backs off all the time behind the scenes. Never finishes a deal.

That's an exaggeration. He is not that much worse than Kevin or Lori when it comes to pulling out.
The moment you get offered exactly what you asked for, you should instantly take the deal. Unless you're not happy with the person making the offer... I believe that was the case here. I also believe that Robert didn't want to get involved with the product, or helping with the company's growth. He just wanted to toss the money, sit back and wait.
Respectfully, I disagree. She did the right thing by hearing Kevin out. Chef wonderful has so many connections in the food and beverage industry, and she would’ve benefited more from him than Robert. At the end of the day, she maintained her equity and got a bunch of free publicity. Seems like a win-win to me.
Nah she came for the free publicity.
She should have accepted. Robert offered exactly what she wanted. “Quit when you are ahead”
I like Robert but I think he's the most untrustworthy Shark. I read he backs out of deals the most.
Robert brings very very little value to almost anything he's involved with. It's just money he gives out, but he's useless
I hate it when sharks don't allow negotiations. It's too manipulative of people looking for a deal. He could have stayed at 5% without negotiating with Kevin. Trashy move.
Everybody knows Kevin is good at making the worst offers and she clearly didn't come here to make a deal bcoz she didn't even negotiate so this is on her.
ye their ego gets in the way a bit but at the same time when you offer exactly what the person wants but they still want to listen to baldy scam man that can hurt ;_;
They know in order to receive a deal they must price their product correct! You hate something that is known before appearing on the show is hilarious!
absolutely, this people are there for the lifetime opportunity, they should be allowed to listen to other offers.
But these "sharks" they need to make a show obviously.
that's doesn't happen in dragon den or extremely rarely
It depends in the contestant’s demeanor whether the sharks blackball them. I feel like 90% of them are very sheepish and look weak, so they get railroaded by the sharks. Assertive people like the Citikitty lady got to hear all offers because of their demeanor. Then you have people who are really awful like that Whisp guy who started negotiating down from $600k to $500 for a total buyout, and once they saw that weakness, the sharks cut it to $400 😂
You never want to do business with someone who does what Robert did anyways. If someone is pressuring you to make a quick decision and not weigh all your options, just walk away.
100%. Robert sees an opportunity to make money, so he offered. If his ego makes him turn down money making opportunities, he's the wrong partner.
He offered what she was asking and she turned Robert down by going to weasel Kevin.
What about seeing it from the angle of it bn a disrespect to Robert? Her loss anyways
@@FailedNBAComissionerrobert made her hearing kevin out mean turning robert down. im sure she thought kevin was going to counter roberts with a higher evaluation
Imagine you hiring a employee and she ask she want $200k salary and you said sure … then after few minutes she got a call saying oops I have another company want to call me . Hold my position let me take their call first !! I will drop that offer to that person in NO TIME!
the only part of this show that is unenjoyable and annoying is how much the sharks rush these entrepreneurs into major deals the way they do.
I agree, it's so childish "agree now or I'm out!"
its edited. negotiations take much longer
its all part of the negotiating strategy...
Many of the sharks talk about this in interviews outside the show, each pitch actually takes around an hour and what is aired is a condensed version. So yes they may be applying pressure but they’re also trying not to make each pitch last like 2-3 hours lol. Think Mark Cuban mentioned that when they’re filming they hear 10 pitches/day…. I’d be exhausted and be asking them to finalize their decisions too lol
One moment Robert say he doesn’t do all the emotional erratics and the other moment he lets his ego get in the way and does exactly what he say he doesn’t.
I agree with her, Robert should let the entrepreneur listen to all the offer. That’s a wise business move to make
Wise business move? Robert offered her what she was looking for. She should’ve taken it. She’s the stupid one
@@Brandon-cg6lwYou are stupid here. Have self respect for yourself first. Respect others too. Robert doesn’t add much in beverage industry. He is pressuring the woman to make decision right away. No wonder your name is Brandon.
@@Brandon-cg6lw Except that on several occasions the Sharks have teamed up, playing to their strengths. It may be unlikely, but what if Kevin did a royalty deal with all his liquor store connections in combination with Robert? It didn't happen this time but it's not unheard of. Robert essentially punished the lady for listening.
I think she did fine. She was going to get an offer from the most qualified shark to do business with her and she got what she was asking probably from the least qualified. It didn't work out but I think she did the right thing in asking to listen to Kevin's offer. It does suck that Kevin gave her a much worse offer but she couldn't have known that was going to be that much worse
Robert was so aggressive and wanted to strong arm her. Im proud of her decision. Would not want to partner with someone like that tbh.
To be fair he believed in her when everyone was out. Kevin probably would've not made an offer on less Robert did.
He gave her what she planned for weeks for her offer. Saying forcing a decision is aggressive is stupidity. It's spitting in his face to say no. Foolish child.
@@gregorymorse8423Roberts deals hardly materialize
@@jcfel5136 This isn't a disney movie, "believing in her" means nothing if he cant add anything of value. Robert doesn't have a lot of experience in this space, he backs out of deals all the time, and he said absolutely nothing about how he'd help the business.
@@XconnorX11a deal is better than no deal. Plus the shark have a whole team behind them. How often you here them say we can all do the same. Sure in a perfect scenario you will get exactly who you want, but he was the one who believed in her, kevin is just greedy.

Maybe don’t let your business need sharks 🤷🏾♂️

@@emmarosie7176Why can't we be together Emma?

She's very principled, I respect that. Even in her closing interview she made it clear that she felt Robert acted unfairly. Robert used a manipulative scare tactic of an exploding offer, and she politely declined to negotiate in such circumstances. Why would you want to do a business deal with someone who pressure's you into accepting?
The sharks were right: she screwed herself. Robert offered her exactly what she asked for, and she should’ve known Kevin would be “greedy.”
Why blame Robert? He offered the exact amount she asked for. Why hesitate to accept unless she was greedy.
250K meant nothing to her. She already had a huge capital raise. She wanted someone to help grow.
I hate when sharks force you to decide at that very moment, especially without listening to the other sharks. Just feels really bad and is not good Sportsmanships-. Even though I understand they’re sharks gotta have some level of respect and it just urgs me to no end.
I love rule number 2 in sales 😂😂😂😂
Kevin: “you can say anything you want, you’re out!”
Daymon: “that’s true” 😂😂 too good
I might need to rewatch; I don’t recall them talking about being in massive debt; she’s raised lots of equity finance, but not debt finance.
I get that Robert doing that was childish, but.... it was what you were asking for....... and the only one left other than that.... was Kevin! LOL
The packaging is very vintage/classic. Love that.
“Quit when you are ahead”. I’m positive she’ll learn her lesson.
You can mix it with your favorite vodkas!
She invented juice
That was TOUGH to watch.
But good for her for not crawling back and BEGGING Robert for forgiveness lol- although I DEFINITELY WOULD HAVE BEGGED HIM TO TAKE ME BACK !!! 🥴😆🙏
And he wouldn't have. She knew that so she decided against it
Forcing someone's hand to accept your offer by giving ultimatums is just unacceptable behavior. She's only in the Tank once, think she's entitled to hear everyone's offers before deciding.
Thanks for spoiling it for me 👍🏽
Robert was right, but she assumed she was going to get a better deal. Can’t blame her. Kevin really messed her up.
Kevin shouldn't have said "wait", when he knew he was going to bamboozler her!
Yes I totally agree bc he costed her an amazing deal from Robert ughhh!
If you get exactly what you asked for just say yes..
Why when it's completely possible that you could get BETTER than what you asked for
This is what I’ll never understand. I get some people want whatever shark but you have to put your business first. They’re investing into you with their money, why blow that chance like that when you’re getting exactly what you asked for? Smh
Maybe she didn't want to do a deal with Robert? He's known for backing out of deals and being a difficult business partner to work with. He also doesn't have a lot of business in the F&B space, nor did he offer any insight on how he was going to help the business. "just say yes" is some of the worst business advice known to mankind. Weigh all your options and get all the information before making a life chaning decision
@@DyNaStYCaRl From Kevin?! That not's possible at all. Anyone who's familiar with this show would know that there's an almost 0% chance that Kevin will give you a better offer than someone giving you exactly what you asked for
Does she not have a choice? Shes allowed to hear what everyone wants to say when shes selling 5% of her company lol
Although Barbara was crazy drunk, she managed to call in to stay was out. 🍾 🍾🍾
Moral of the episode : Never trust Kevin O Leary
Yes, we've seen plenty of Kevin's shrewd tactics up 'til this point - he knows how to play to win.
Love her confidence in thinking that Robert should regret trying to push her to make a deal with him, instead of blaming herself for losing a deal.
Aghh I'm still in class! I've got to wait for lunch..
This has to be the dumbest move in this shows history from a person who is supposed to be so smart.
If she's so dumb why is she worth millions now? Having a shark doesn't automatically help you. She's doing just fine and holds on to her 57% ownership
Lunch time in the shark tank
Kevin and Robert both did her dirty here.
Greed will F anybody up in any aspect of life❤️🔥
Why does D and L care if they have a stomach problem? That sounded like a cop out to me.
She wanted free promo
Yes. I agree. She wanted free promo, while she takes millions of dollars from people and treats it like a game of Monopoly, being a million dollars in debt. A shark could have helped her pull herself out of what could very well become a huge mess, but she would rather keep going in her foolishness. Just my opinion.
Robert perks up when the pitch is by a young woman. It's too funny.
He always perks up, I think you just notice when it's a you g woman. Go watch a pitch by a guy and you'll see
If she had watched Shark Tank at all, she wouldve known Kevin in no way would offer less than 5% 😅 but feel like she didnt come for the deal at all, just publicity
Good for her.
This is the greatest show ever😮
she has a half french accent, half valley white girl accent. That's amazing.
She was there for the free ad exposure
Why cant Sharks respect each other....
No honor amongst thieves.
That's EXACTLY why it's called "SHARKS" TLtanks
Robert is always like this
Don't be surprised if they haven't struck a deal behind the scenes.
And i think Restaurants will have non alcoholic menus in a few years"....... hey stop thinking lol
Hasn’t this been uploaded before?
Yes
Does she not watch the show and know that Kevin would offer her a worse deal? She got too excited that she was getting two offers, and she lost.
Nope. Check what she is worth now.
She doesn't want Robert, she's in the drinks business she wanted Kevin. What the hell's Robert going to do that she couldn't do?
Robert is the worst shark. His deals don't even close after shows.
Since Robert barely follows through on a deal, it makes a lot of sense to find a more reliable shark.
Feels like, if she accepted the deal or walked, the result would be the exact same; publicity.
Daymond: "I have acid reflux, so I'm out." The memes write themselves, lolololol
she went in for the advertising only
Robert and Mr. Wonderful are both jerks. Mr. Wonderful cost her the deal with Robert and then got greedy cutting her in half with the price. Robert could have made it right after everything was said and done, but throwing a temper tantrum and teaching her a lesson was more important to him. So childish and unprofessional.
It’s business. She got herself out of that deal
If someone gives you exactly what you ask for and they still want to hear more, that's obviously they want to work with someone else more than you, so it makes sense
She gonna cry in the car! 😂😂
Not now though. 35 M net worth.
She's a millionaire now so she's probably crying in a really nice car
The music stops @ 3:08... 😆😅
Well done on not agreeing to be bullied.
Good for Robert.
If someone offers you exactly what you want, and you want to hear someone else. You’re basically saying “you’re not the shark I really want”
If I’m in her shoes I would’ve taken Robert’s deal… you have to know it’s very unlikely Kevin offers a better deal and you already know the risk that if you even hear his deal, Robert will drop his deal, and then Kevin has the leverage being the only shark left. Bad move by her.
She did nothing wrong. Hearing all offers is just smart buisness. What Robert did was not right
Very classy.
Had subway for lunch today just wanted to switch things up
She messed up the deal with Robert 😂. Doh!
This one was steamy 😅
Oh man, tough one
Robert going out like that shows that he didn’t want the deal THAT BAD! But they were all sleazy saying it was to bad for her when In reality she didn’t need him and probably was best for her. If he didn’t show effort into getting the deal it will reflect trying to make the business successful
There’s a lesson to be learned here, obviously!
FACT: SHES A CERTIFIED BEAUTY
Her accent is amazing 😍
Enjoy your food guys!
She wasn't interested in a deal, you can tell by her smirk.
I have chronic acid reflux and I take a tablet called sozol everyday and I can’t eat and drink whatever I want
Sometimes Robert is such a crybaby. This woman was a rockstar
he kept losing deals to other sharks in this same episode he was extra salty lmao
Dudes always a crybaby
She got greedy
Don’t look a gift horse in the mouth.
@@aaronjordan7729 or maybe Robert wasn't a shark she wanted to work with
I would back out too if I were Robert. Nobody likes to be the backup plan, esp when he already offered exactly what she had asked for. Robert is not going to sit there and wait for her to sift through another deal and tell him no. Good for him!!! Ultimately, she needs him more than he needs her. While she is trying to maximize her options, other people has the liberty not to be one of her options.
she blew it!
It’s so funny how nobody wants to make a deal with Robert and he’s so pissy about it
An offer that gets taken away that fast is never a serious offer
messed up he tried to weasel 10% knowing she pretty much couldnt accept that... oof
It seems so nice
Title says it all. Why watch
She should have said yes to Robert immediately. Kevin would only have some convoluted offer. That's his MO. She should have known that in advance.
Where is she at now?
I cant drink this stuff so I'm out? What? SMH
Kevin should have said: I cannot offer you a better deal. He purposely ruined Robert's offer.
Robert a brat for that 😂🤣
she efed up big time
It's easy to think in the comfort of my home, I'm sure I'd be nervous in the studio. But declining Robert was such a bad move (in case if she actually wanted 250k for 5%). Robert said she can close the deal or if she listens to Kevin then his offer is off the table, which is 100% fair given that he wasn't negotiating anything, he offered exactly what she asked for.
But then again the sharks have chewed out people in the past for not hearing all the other offers and taking the first deal they hear. Also beverages is more Kevin's lane so I understand the risk.
@@nyteowl8069 Ye because if there are multiple offers then they have to compete with each other to get the deal. Which is great for the entrepreneur. But if everybody is out and you have a deal in your hands, then Kevin is the only one wanting to give you an offer, that's not very good. Especially in this case because Robert literally offered the original ask.
@@rozsagabor4616 fair enough
