How to Use a Laminating Machine to Laminate a Seamless Hologram Overlay onto a Standard ID Card

Suzhou Image Technology will show you a lamination process for the seamless hologram overlay to the standard ID card. We need one roll the security hologram overlay, the printed ID card, also with the personal data printed, including the photo, the name, and the data.
Here, we need a laptop, the most important is the laminator. For laminate different type of card and different printing on the card, the lamination speed temperature and different.
There are input hopper and output hopper, we will use our sample machine to do a lamination process. The laminator need to heating for the first lamination, and whole lamination process is about 10 seconds. It can lamination on both front and back side, and Cards can be flipped inside the machine automatically.
After lamination, the whole ID card surface is with the security hologram pattern.
