You really need to get a mentor, I've seen people in your comments offering up their username so they can guide you in world.
some sims dont hjave teleport routing on so were you click on the map is were you end up.. and not all of them have securityu to keep peopel from entering the map approche is a good idea but not always the best way sense you could potentaly stumble into a roleplay sim or a residential sim were peopel live iu usually just use search type in a few keyt words and look for wich ones havce the highest traffic number they will also usualy have a description of what trhe place is if useing search as well
Honestly, hot micing at a random sim is peak SL.
I seen some unspeakable things clicking on random dots.

P.S. has anyone told you about the environment settings so that it isn't nighttime everywhere you go?? if you use firestorm it will be on the lower right hand corner in the little box you have to only edit sky and water and leave the rest alone... and you should keep it on some thing called Nam's Optimal Skin 2 for the best look for everything around you and your avatar skin and clothing also.. usually it is on shared environment and you can pull up a little box and it will show you all the different options you have to choose from.. But sometimes since they changed it you will have to buy them off of marketplace first for 0 lindens and then put them into you inventory.. Also if you want to have a bright daylight setting, there is one called Bree's Appleblossom.. You seem like a cool person to talk to but yeah like I said before don't freak out too much about the people in there just cuz you didn't notice you had your mic still on... It happens to alot of people.. I'm sure you aren't the first one to do it and for sure wont be the last..

I need the landmark to the fly killing job.. literally can do this in real life for hours because I cannot stand flies at all.. yeah you should go under the world tab and landmark places you go so that you can go back to them later orr you can also just look into your teleport history and see where you have been if you didnt use a landmark for the spot you went to... :))

omg this is so funny. i’m glad ppl are having fun but as a sims player this is way out of my league. this is very entertaining.
If you're just looking to meet people Social Island is a good one but often pretty chaotic.
It's good to see that you're sticking with SL despite how confusing it can be for newbies. Btw, you can stretch out the World Map to make it bigger.
>:C! You run away from active places.... The world map sucks compared to the actual " Places " search function where you can type keywords and go to whichever sim has the highest traffic numbers beside the name!
You wanted to see yourself from the front, press Alt and the arrows to change view, then to go back to view from back which is better when you are walking around press Escape - also there is camera control easy to use for standing around a zooming. You have had a lot of dark scenes, for your video, perhaps better to have daylight, a choice also to be found with a click. SL is tricky unless you spend a lot of time learning it, but I like the way you have just "dived in".
