For those who are wondering the specific kind of of cancer it is a grade 4 Glioblastoma. Grade is like stage but grading is only done for the brain and spine well I'm sure of the brain but not sure they give grades for the spine. 4 is the worst of the worst.

But the story is procedurally generated by the actions you take from the moment of birth. It would be insanely hard to make but just imagine you're born. Live a normal childhood at school. Make friends and enemies. Then you get a job delivering pizzas. You deliver to one of your childhood enemies. He rips you off and steals the pizza and beats you up. Then you deliver to an old friend you helped as a kid and he offers you a good job fixing cars cause you chose to take auto shop in highschool and were good at it. Then you meet a guy through repairing cars that likes how you can drive lice a racing driver so you end up racing for him and end up racing your enemy. Turns put he's in with the mob and if you win they'll come after you and you have to deal with it or if you decide to throw the race you get depressed and quit racing cause you're ashamed of being a coward and giving in so you end up drinking then 15 years later your life is terrible but you get one last chance to take down the mob because you became a private investigator and one of your old teachers comes to you to find her sons killer and its your old enemy....or you could just have a hobby fixing up a caravan to turn it into a bar and you're now a youtuber after being in retail for years then getting hit by a car.
