We need Jess and Jules to team up for a list. I wanna bask in the positivity of that combo.
That sounds so awesome!
I agree they're both the best with these videos and Jules jokes are classic family fun
I'm pretty sure they have before but it'd be nice to see it more often! 😊
yes lets do it
Most obvious one - Bioshock and little sisters - for keeping your sanity in an insane underwater dystopia
Fallout 3 rescuing Fawkes and having high positive Karma allows Fawkes to join you as a follower. He dishes out a ton of damage with a gatling laser and is dang near invincible to the point that no enemy in the game can kill him.
I never take companions along; they easily annoy me and likely turn the whole game into an endless escort mission. I made an exception for Fawkes tho; I like him, he can hold his own, plus he can carry a ton of loot.
It’s so fun in No Mans Sky how players just share and enrich each other at the Anamoly space stations.
I’ve played both sides of Infamous 2 and can confirm the powers on the hero side are way more fun.
The guided rockets ability alone improved my playtime, along with so much more.
I got the same feeling with Infamous Second Son, where the hero side for Neon lets you run continuously like you are the flash.
Pays to be the good guy.
Another I found cool was the way Nier Automata let's you retrieve downed androids. If you pray for them you can give them a small health/stat boost.
That's not even getting into the special thing in Ending E. If you know, you know.
Jess and Jules are my faves! Love the whole team though and I hope y'all have a great day!
Saving NPCs in Bloodborne. The biggest reward being getting one of the umbilical cords required to unlock the true final boss and the true ending.
A sick sword? Try the last silver sword you'll ever need. In a rpg with gear leveling... Priceless.

USE YOUR GODDAMN WORDS, JESS
Funny that the first one was Baldur's Gate 3, because I just learned I've been getting PUNISHED for my charity in that game. Over 700 hours played, dozens of runs that made it past act 1, and I just learned yesterday that there's a helmet I haven't been getting because I always tell Zevlor that I don't need the tieflings money when he goes to reward you after you defeat the goblins. I thought they needed it and it's just gold...well, apparently it is NOT just gold.
Phantom pain had the world nuke free ending if every player got rid of their nukes. Also I never liked to be evil in my playthroughs, idk if it’s a morality thing but in all the games that let me choose I always try to be the good guy. Most people love evil playthroughs though 😂
Important Question - Who is the character on the shelf standing in front of the sand-circle?
Not surprised X6 and X7 aren't on the list.
I've been asking for this list in TYOA for years lol
5:05 Not necessarily. The Mexico ending in Life is Strange 2 is actually one of the bad endings despite it tech being what most players would see as the good ending. The problem is the developers put the ending where Sean Pays for all the stuff he (and tbh mostly Daniel due to his powers) did and Daniel goes to live with his grandparents. However this isnt necessarily a "good ending" as yes Daniel goes to where he was happiest with his GPs and Chris but Sean misses out on him growing up as he's in Jail for twenty years. And considering the Seattle incident wasnt his fault at all Im not sure if he would've been charged for that.
I bought Dying Light and it rewarded me with an entire dope-ass DLC!
Beggars is perfectly fine. A term used for decades and decades. Let alone it’s a medieval setting where ‘homelessness’ wouldn’t be a concept.
Picture this, a live action Infamous starring Jason Statham... 🎉 *mind blown* 🎉
Jade Empire, the best techniques and rewards are on the Open Hand style.
I’m surprised donating resources to the treaty factions from Dragon Age: Origins wasn’t on this list. Helps out with the Battle of Denerim. The dwarves in particular are easy to bolster.
Some of the recent AC games give you sweet stuff if you give to beggars
Jess looks fantastic as usual 😉😉😉
Cool list 🎮
In oblivion to get to master level simply persuade every npc tou see to get them at 100% opinion and youll get to master level on your own in no time
I felt it was a massive drag. Especially when every guard you encounter is already at max disposition! ;)
I was nice in Life is Strange 2 and it ended up with Daniel choosing to stay in the US! That's a bad ending! The inciting incident of the whole game is their dad getting shot because he looks Spanish, there's a reason they we're trying to get out of that country!!
Gyat damn, Jess.
Great vid
Joining the Thieves Guild in the Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion is the most ironic thing to talk about in this list, because that makes you a THIEF. And thieves are known for not giving to charity.
Ever heard of Robin the Hood? Not to mention, most criminal organizations back in the glory days of crime, gave away money in their local communities as to build support so they weren’t turned in to the cops.
Robin Hood
Jess is the best
Just finished The Line game 😅 charity was the last thing on my mind currently lol 🤣 also Skyrim.......never trust the charity in that game xD
Being the “nice guy/girl” does seem to place one in the gaming minority.
Iam the dev of CRUDE and REMOTE LIFE...we R DOOMED !
Evil infamous powers are better imo.
I actually miss those games. I no longer have a console of any kind, just a PC, and they will never come to me. But fond memories.
I kept my ps3 almost exclusively for the infamous games. 😄@@verios44
Really hope Persona 5 Royal gets an update to adjust audio levels. There are some sound effects over time make me nauseous. The sound of the cursor moving for example. Combination of the decibel level, frequency, and repetition makes that game unplayable to me any more. Other sound effects contribute to the problem too. Still a great game, but I physically can’t play it anymore.
Hot jess!! ❤

This far down in the comments and no comments about how gorgeous the host is seems like a “game over” screen.
Oblivion has the worst level scaling. About on par with Diablo 4, so there's no incentive to do any side quests because it makes the game harder. Poor game design. You get rewarded in games like these by not doing anything but rushing through the game as fast as you can without killing anything. So it shouldn't be on this list.

Weakness
Seems that way, but kindness is usually a great sign of toughness. It's actually really easy to be a "tough guy" who's always scowling and looking angry, never caring about anyone else but it's difficult, that's to say it's tough to be nice and always kind because life is always throwing challenges at you. It's much tougher to overcome those challenges and keep a smile on your face and be nice to others. Being angry is easy, being happy and nice is hard.
@TheLuckyShepherd Agreed but being kind attracts bad selfish opportunistic people to take from you.
Whatever happened in your life that caused this outlook to become your personal worldview, I hope that things get better for you and that you can rise above it and see that the world has kindness to give if you're willing to let yourself receive it and give in return.
@CheezVT thank you 😊 🙏
