It seems quite rushed and just a story where many famous characters' names were thrown in. Why would Holmes be helped by Moriarty? The story seemed rushed, as well.

I understand there are different perspectives and I appreciate your interpretation of why Moriarty might help Holmes. I thought the story would be more exciting this way.
