How To - No Footed Can Can Tutorial

- Time for another how-to tutorial video! Time to pull up your ruffled skirts.. its on. We're learning "no footed can cans." You can can and you will can if you follow these simple steps. Start small and work your way up. That's the way to learn these upright foot and hand combos. Just as we did with the no hander tutorial video 2 weeks ago, in this video I give you some baby steps in order to work your way up. Before you know it, you'll be getting full extension off the side of the bike as you pay homage to a maneuver pioneered in the 1800's. Put on your big kid britches, this is the no footed can can tutorial.

Than you! 🙏. I got peer pressured today at the dj spot to try no footers. And after some ball smashes and somewhat successful landing I remembered the tips you gave and was able to land a baby 👶 no foot can by the end of the night. Thank you 🙏 again. I’ll be returning soon to claim a full extension

A friend gave me one simple trick and it worked 1st try. Just do a no footer and kick em. It works.

Thanks for the turorial! I learned them on my dirt bike, but the weightlessness of the bicycle and the fact that the pedals move around makes it a lot scarier on bikes. I learned them right foot to the left on dirt bikes. On bikes I ride left foot forward, but am only comfortable kicking out to the left, or at least in my mind. I haven't done them yet, so we'll see haha.

Really helpful but in teh air I keep hiring my seat with foot I need to bring back over the top tube any suggestions to how I could try and not hit the ton tube
So I can't-can't (yet), and this video is all good, but wouldn't you recommend doing a mod to your bike to make sure it doesn't ghost pedal, first? Either the popular method, a piece of old tire skewered onto your crank spindle against the side of the bottom bracket, or I think I remember seeing a video where you said you had put a screw through your bottom bracket shell to add some friction to the middle of the spindle?
