You didn’t mention anything about debt for buying a home. I believe that is the only debt that is justifiable as long as it doesn’t make you house poor.
in some cases having debt in your home can actually be a good move, if youre sitting at an interest rate that allows you to allocate the remaining moneys more freely- ie investments. I'd rather have debt in a home than anything else, especially to battle inflation
