I bought the p8 more than 6 weeks now , they need good gears driving them hi-res audio gear and music, switch a good quality cable is important, it quiet mid forward , lower with eq you can solve all the problems, break in longer time 200 hours before you'll fall in love with it , a set of good seal ear tips for sure ,push the item deeper then you can't stop listening your favorite play list Thank You. Texture , texture and texture is what you get for the higher price, enjoy everyone !
1. I am subscribed, give Sunny a treat rn! 2. I'm not keen on the Aful tips, they aren't for me. Usable, okay, I still use them. 3. Having the P5, that coarse and metally, rusty sound is what I wish for. I EQ my P5 to be a bit dryer. I love a midbass thump and some subbass rumble, but I think I like my male vocals coarse and crude. If we are talking about the same characteristic raw vocals, I wish I had the P8s. 4. P5 has a small stage, I agree. 5. P5 is a bit too bassy for me, all that subbass masks the vocals, so I highly suggest EQ. I use -4.5 to -5.5 dBs of reduction from 50 Hz to -1 dB around 100-200 Hz (Wavelet limitation). I also raised 1k Hz by 2 dBs and 2k by 1 dB. More details, less ear damage. Danny, can you confirm we are on the same page? How would you further compare the P5 and the P8?
P8 has just a bit of a coarse edge added to the sound, I can see it being something that makes male vocal have more characteristic. Also I gave Sunny a treat on your behalf, he is very pleased.
@@ImAWSMDanny great! No chance of demoing though, but Im still getting to know my songs with the P5 (Christmas gift to myself). Appreciate your reply, happy holidays!
I guess I would say P8 treble is a bit "harsh", there is something dry there, yes, makes the set slightly more fatiguing to me. Could be that the lack of bass leaves the treble untamed in some small way.
It's funny how different people like/hate different eartips. With the P5, I could not get any bass at all from the fitment I got from the supplied eartips. Plus AFUL's medium was slightly larger than the usual M, and so I had to use the S size, which was a little too small. Only IEM I've ever not been able to use medium on. I ended up with Final E tips for the P5, and the bass came alive.
Curious you said that, I had zero diff in sound regarless of the tips used the only dif was in comfort. The sound changed with insertion depth or if the eartips push the iem out due to their design.
Hey I have a question if anyone can help me I actually got a new set of the performer fives my left ear if you shake the IEM or tap it you hear a tinking noise is that normal or should I take them back this is my first foray into I am so I don't know
I found the core of the tips too stiff , not sure why you're so fond of those since they feel average to me specially since the texture is also usual. On my P5 I stuck with something softer and lighter but with more grip.
AWS review! Nice try, but it's not pronounced both ways you pronounced. It's confusion how they named it. The HiFiGo owner joked, it's AFULLY good. Agree that the faceplate should be another look. I can't wait to see the final product of AFUL Cantor.
Thanks for the shoutout. Glad you could get content from this.

P8 is great, still a solid choice nowadays.

Coincidentally got a second hand pair yesterday morning, cheers
Oh very nice. I'll be considering a set for myself soon most likely.

It sounds like we are on exactly the same page. Any way you can demo the P8? Seems like it would be what you're missing on the P5.

Imagine if they put 7 MagicOnes in there.

Why is this human talking? Where is Sunny?! I demand answers!!! Great video man.
Thank you homie.
These earphones produce great sound from low to high frequencies.

I would have those looked at. My P5 didn't ping, and I haven't heard of anything else having the same issue.

They just fit me very well
So far, out of all the tips I've tried, I've really liked the dunu s&s tips on my P5. Gonna pick up the P8 soon.
Is the word you are looking for “coarse”?
Yea, I think I said coarse a couple of times.

Dang I suck 😭 lmao
Please talk slower. So exciting.
I try to speed up my speech to not drag out the video, I usually speak a lot slower.
