I'm friends with a calgary police sergeant and he says 95% of police look for trouble. His partner will do anything possible to escalate the situation instead of de-escalate situations turning ppl who just need mental health therapy or who are disillusioned from sleep deprivation into "violent" resistant people with an unfair criminal record. If you do the research you will find that most "violent" criminal charges go through the court without any physical proof like photos or videos of injuries and yet those accused are somehow found guilty? If someone was actually hurt there would be photo evidence to corroborate it. Over 50% of calgary criminals were CREATED by the calgary police service. THE POLICE ARE THE PROBLEM

Good police officers need to rewarded and bad cops need to find a different job.

Everything I have seen heard and contemplated herein the police services act needs to ameded to reflect our modern day expectations from our police services.
