It's just AMAZING how scenes from the naked gun films can fit in literally ANYWHERE and still be funny.
It helps that a single movie would come up with dozens of parodies for whatever was popular at the time. Some were universal, to quote another Nielsen film:

Leslie Nielsen should be in any modern videogame. If Telltale released a Police Squad! game, I would buy it instantly 🚔
The problem is Leslie Nielsen was the key to those movies being good, and he passed on. Now, the formula to making a good comedy is to hire a very serious actor to play overly goofy roles, but it's hard to find someone who takes their job very seriously but is also very humble.
I'd buy death stranding if he was in it. He literally can make anything better.
