I started a a week or so ago. A friend was teaching me at first, but I decided to go off and solo for awhile. I learned A LOT my first solo wipe.
I have 2.3 hours and I knew this already.

As per the second last patch, it made military crates, more barrels and primitive crates spawn on the electrical towers.
Hello @jfarr, with the recent sudden change in sea monuments and other small revisions, can we expect an update to this guide? If so, could you please consider adding barrels as well, to see "total sum" worth, when fully looting/holding different monuments. TY 👍

The heli crate is something that could be really good on console rust im not sure if it’s on pc but if the crates hit water they will not be on fire and you can collect it immediately even more lucky if it lands in your compound

Not sure you've done this but would you be able to do a video on where the best places to farm scrap would be?
Video idea! What are the best p2w skins and items in the game. For example see through doors and garage doors, camo bags and rugs, christmas light for free light, simple lights for cheaper light solution, boogie boards that let you swim without getting wet and can stand on them to take down scientists at oil rig, cursed couldron thst can be used for a jump up. You get the point :)

I currently play rust console im saving for a good pc does any of this correlates with console i constantly recycle bit i feel lile certaim things are better then others
I feel like you should have mentioned zipline towers. I always go there early in the wipe, as there are toolboxes, barells, normal crates and sometimes even military crates :) and also very low chance of getting countered
yes, I wonder what the chance of mil crates is as they seem rare but that's on wipes where no one is leaving them
Good idea and should have included them. They definitely do spawn some great crates during early wipe.
Hey j, another great video here’s some feedback. I felt as if the sample graphs for each crate were lazy, they don’t tell us the information we want to know. I know how important the aesthetic is but a bar graph like the one used for the crates at each monument can fit much more information, and it would be better to inform of what major drops are in each crate. As opposed to the top 10 items by chance which was very repetitive and felt lazy.
Or even “the most interesting items” line graph used for the heavy scientists
great video - don't think u mentioned mine carts but on rust labs they look the same as mine crates (binoculars 2 vs 3 %, but this could be an error as why would just one item drop be different)
Cheers and left out the mine cart since the cart and crate are so similar. Does look to be a 1% difference only on the Binoculars. Might have been good to quickly mention this though in the video.

@3:17 Do the tool boxes still contain rifle bodies? I just started playing Rust (63 hours), and did a stupid amount of farming barrels and loot boxes along the road. I only found a rifle body in a military crate...

Oh yeah, they can be crazy useful in everything from collecting scrap, farming, and pvp. I have a teas guide that you might find interesting if you want to see how to make them and the other benefits.

also i think arctic scientists have higher hp pool
good video but you forgot to say the name of some of the items and you should leave the loot tables up for a bit longer so we don’t have to pause the video
I find the military tunnel the most enjoyable run but I think it is expensive to do.

Just started playing yesterday, I was so exited to play but now I kind of hate it, I play solo and I always getting killed no one cuts you a break.
I like how on console you can’t get spears, dbs, nail guns and other shit stuff from elites

I create all the graphs myself. However, for the raw data itself, that can be found over on rustlabs.
