10 to 12 cashews
750 grams chicken
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp vinegar or 1 big lemon juice
salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp yoghurt
2 tbsp butter
2 drops kewera essence
orange food colour
2 tbsp oil
2 cloves
2 cardamoms
1 stick cinnamon
2 pepper corns
1 small piece of mace
fresh cream or malai
1 tsp masoori methi
coal to smoke
