    It's cold and wet outside, and there is a lockdown, but I still want to make videos, so here are 11 basic to advanced rewind tricks for you to learn on the simulator, which will translate very easily to real life. Those tricks requires near perfect execution to sell the illusion, and it's a lot of fun to master them. You can basically rewind every trick you want, but those are some of the fundamentals. Names are subjectiv, it's just how I like to call them : )
    Camera tilt is 45°, Rates are 1.7 - 0.5 - 0.3 on all axis on the Tango 2 ( You may want to put the expo on 0.25 / 0.20 for full size gimbals to get the same feeling ).
    I hope with this video beginners will have a better understanding on how to do them, and advanced pilot will have more rewind tricks to their flow. There is no drone audio in it, because Velocidrone's audio is not accurate anyway, and also, I only fly with music : ) Enjoy !

      @@hagglundfpv4557 Haha : D I forgot to talk about this by the way, my springs are very loose, it may be why I don't get too much awkward transitions in the middle sticks ! I used to fly very stiff in the beginning, it helped me feeling my quad and what I was doing with my fingers, but since I broke a spring, I just forced myself to fly loose, and I never came back : ]

      @@AuxPlumes That’s what I figured after watching your sticks! I just don’t get how you stay on axis in some of those moves then🤯 my approach has been to have them just as tight so that you don’t accidentally get of axis, but if that’s how you do it, I’m breaking my springs right now!

    • @AuxPlumes
      @AuxPlumes  Před rokem +1

      @@rouhfpv Adjusting weight makes it fall a bit faster and carry the momentum, try to put settings on minimum value and then to maximum value to see if you can feel the difference, and adjust to your tastes ! The best way is to fly in the sim right after an IRL session to adjust the settings, while you are still used to your real quad : ) It can take some time, but eventually you will nail it pretty close

    • @AuxPlumes
      @AuxPlumes  Před 3 lety +8

      Sticks movements are pretty self explanatory, the most important part is to feel when your quad will lose all momentum to begin the rewind flick. Common mistake is to believe that you have to throttle and flick at the same time, or only use throttle. Throttle is used to slow your momentum and fly back, but the illusion plays a lot with how subtle you are with the Roll/pitch axis just After you lost momentum and are beginning to fly the opposite way. Watch my sticks at 0.25 speed to maybe get a better grasp on it.
