What you need:
-Old T-shirt
-Mixing bowl
-Hair Dye Brush
-Measuring Beaker
-Coconut Oil
-Vaseline
-Gloves
-Hair cap
Bleaching:
1:3 (1 part powder 2 part developer)
-Ion precolor porosity equalizer spray
-Ion Absolute perfection step 1 booster
-Loreal quick blue bleach powder (Comes in packets or a tub)
-Ion Sensitive scalp 30 volume creme developer
Toning:
1:2 ratio (1 part toner 2 parts developer)
-Wella T14 blonde toner
-Ion sensitive scalp 20 volume creme developer
Coloring:
-L'oreal Colorista in Pink
-Any white sulfate free conditioner
After treatment (Optional)
Absolute perfection step 2 sealer
