Absolute nightmare wow. Good chance to damage your roof if you’re not careful when trying to remove them. One engineer to another, I’d have a long conversation with the engineer that designed this.

Can you cut the cloth to remove the airbag?

Technically yes, however these clips are what hold the airbag to the frame, so you would have to remove the clips to reinstall the new airbag.

You don't ha e to pull the clip all the way out took me 15 mins to replace my airbags
