    I do not understand a word of it, but this moves me. Music (esp. when performed by someone w/such a lovely voice as Karen Matheson's) is truly a universal language. 09/07/2015

    as she says the old Bodach would sing this; this was a favorite fo the Argyllls 1914-1919 and when it was sung everyone would sing and with cianalas knowing they might never return to their native glen and island.

    Translation please.xx I have an idea what it says just by the music. She's so beautiful. I love this.x and I wonder if what I think it means is anything close to the real translation!!!! Anyone? I think its saying in English. I will love my homeland wherever I go. And I'll love the one that I'll never leave.no matter where I go I'll always come home love.back to my homeland to the one that I love.!! I could have this completely wrong.its my thought on what it makes me think!!!!!.if anyone can tell me what it means please do!!!.xx
