- Karen Matheson Band - Calvary
Shrewsbury Folk Festival 2010
Karen and her fantastic band played the main stage of the Shrewsbury Folk Festival on Sunday 29th August, this is from the footage from the feed that was sent to the screens in the main stage and also webcast as a live event.
Who needs to understand a word of a song sung with such feeling, plus the great musicians, to enjoy it. The internationalism of good music.

Karen Matheson est une de mes chanteuses préférées. Quelle voix ! J'adore quand elle agite ses doigts comme si elle voulait chatouiller nos cœurs…
Always loved her voice
Karen 4 ever !!!
J'adore Karen. Ses ailleux deviaient etre Bretons!
Commendable, beautifully measured performances from all on stage, here.
Thanks for sharing these recent clips. The technical quality is exemplary!

where everything rots as it grows

a room of poverty and suffering
where th infant, all scabs and sores
wallows 'til death
