Here is a step-by-step video on how to register your company with FMCSA Clearinghouse.
I go over the clearinghouse registration portal and the FMCS portal. You must log in to your FMCSA Web Portal first and authorize yourself as the Clearinghouse contact rep.

when your starting a new DOT number which represents a new company. Do you have to have the drivers perform a drug test all over again even if they just took one within the last 6 months or even 3 days ago? someone told me they have to retake the drug test for the new DOT number.

Hi Sterling, Anyone with a CDL that is under your employment, regardless of w2 emoyee or 1099 contractor. Is required to enroll with the drug and alcohol program as well as fmcsa clearinghouse.

I don't have a portal account. I'm just a driver trying to get into my clearing house account to accept this this for drug testing. And for some reason the password I've been using show up as invalid. Why? And how to I get in now. I used this only about 2 months ago. Why isn't this password working?

We are trying to enter clearin&warehouse, but the person who provided us with security services no longer works with us and only gave us the username and password, but the second-step verification codes did not want to give them to us, so our question are the following:
1. Is there any way to recover the information and enter our account? we are the carrier.
2. Or do you need to create a new account? And at the time of doing it, would all our information that has already been stored on the page be lost?
3. If the entire account is created, is there any way to recover the previous information stored?

You can only register as a company after you apply for your usdot/mc number.
Can I update my phone number for the 2 step verification without deleting my account?
If I register as just company can I change that option to owner and driver ??
Hi Ivan, when you register as a company it will also ask you to register as a driver if you have a cdl. If you are already enrolled as a driver with the clearinghouse, all you need to do is enroll your company under a new email address. Hope that helps.

I setup my USDOT # following your video, got the mc# with it, signed up for the portal account also. Now the fmcsa system does not recognize my email address I used to sign up, error message says invalid user does not match our records. If I try to setup a new account or unlock account, it is saying email already in use! What a joke! Now I'm just stuck
