1999-2007 epic stuff.
The Truth and the Truth 2 by Austin Paz are Really good East coast videos as well.
In terms of all-time blading GOATS, these guys are considered ROYALTY: Brian Shima, Aaron Feinberg, Chris Haffey, Dustin Latimer, Brian Aragon... and ofc the Yasutoko brothers!
Honorable mentions: Frankie Morales, Randy Spizer, Jon Julio, Alex Broskow, Chris Farmer.
Now days, you got Joe Atkinson, Damon Franklin, Jay Yoon, Nils Jansen, Danny Beer, Montre Livingston, Roman Abrate (modern day Aragon) Yandriel Silverio, John Bolino, Eugin Enin, Bobby Spazov, Sam Croft.
Bro Demetrius Johnson is probably best street skater on the planet right now check him out
Alex Broskow is the smoothest skater ever in my opinion
fax
And he still skates to this day
@@KILABEEp3 hell yeah all his recent footy in the Them skates videos is so 🔥 he's just getting better with time like wine and cheese lol
KFC!
Yea and he did miss Taig Chris !
Mate! It brings a lot of joy to me seeing your new found excitement and passion for blading! Thanks for sharing 😍🙌🍻
CJ ! All day. Much love from California
whole video i was waiting for him to mention you. Not fair
do the thing!
makes me want to pick up a pair for tricks and street hockey
Haha CJ! I remember seeing you rip it up as a 13-y/o at comps in Melbourne. You and Simon Kirwan (farrrk I really miss Simon. His death was heart breaking). Nice to see you're still skating and doing well. Keep repping down under.
Erik Bailey, Jeff stockwell, Chris farmer, Brian Shima , Alex Broskow and one of my favorites Sean Kelso to name a few that you should check out.
Also Leon Basin, even though it's a different style, that guy is sick
also nick lomax and sam crofts
I fucking love the Kelso Brothers
Jon julio
Yes kelso brothers most definitely Chris Cheshire Jeff Fredrick's Mathieu ledoux Rob g Charles dunkle Oli short Chaz sands Vinny Minton Walt Austin rachard Johnson Mike Johnson Billy O'Neil
MATE! I'm loving the Rollerblading content. Just thought I'd let you know before I dived into this one.
I love rollerblading it is super fun
it's awesome
Thanks for showing how cool blading is.

Latimer... he's missing..Dustin Latimer is one of the most influential skaters of all time. If it wasn't for Latimer, you wouldn't have the new school tech creative styles :) An absolute monster he was!
Yup
He is definitely most influential ever.
Facts
Yep. Can't have a list with Latimer, you just can't.
Yo anyone remember Aaron from Beth? He was dope
MONTRE, MONTRE, MONTRE!!!
Lol fancy seeing you here JC 😂. And hells ya Montre is one of the best modern skaters by far
He just won Blading Cup in Orange County, CA! I was there, got to meet him, he is awesome & very cool person! 😎✌️❤️
Haha do you know what's funny? Google is translating the name _Montre_ as _Watch_ 😭
MONTRE LIVINGSTON
I would check out Alex Broskow, Chris Farmer and Brian Shima from the OGs. And Roman Abrate, Julian Cudot, and Nick Lomax from the new blood. Still you did a great job with your list. Eugen, Frankie, and Aragon are all near the top of my list.
I was hoping to see Brian Shima here but I suppose he may not be up there a ymore
Sven Boekhorst as the best all round blader would also be a good fit.
Chaz Sands
Dustin Latimer
Aaron Feinberg
Can't wait to see you rollerblading on the X Games
You can w8 long it was back in the days
@@nokkie1995 X-games is considering bringing it back, there was a poll on yt and rollerblading crushed everything else
@@RolandAshcroft oh i didnt know that happy to hear that
Screw the X games. They might consider us back now the numbers are on the rise again, but I don't think blading really needs it. Things are good and the community is great right now.
X-games ditched it because it's the only sport played on their surface that you can't bail off. The injuries were too much for their insurance. I expect nothing has changed unless someone has designed breakaway rollerblades. I wouldn't get my hopes up, the most horrendous crashes I've seen were rollerbladers. There is simply no way to land on your feet in an emergency when you have wheels attached. Bikes have rubber and air for impact, Boards have flex. No shock absorption on rollerblades. All of this adds to the hospital bill regardless of your skill level. Don't ditch any safety gear if you want any significant length career in this specific sport, and plan on surgeries.
Jimmy is like summoning salt. No matter what the video is about, even if I have no interest in the subject. The video is always great.
Haha I thought I was the only one. Summoning salt is a bit more clinical and Jimmy a bit faster paced and more lighthearted but both are great.
@@suckieduckie yeah that is true. Both make amazing vids. Two of the only CZcamsr where I check often to see if they. Ade a new video.
Something else about Jimmy actually is he puts out a lot of content considering the quality.
This is basically just video essayists in a nutshell. They're always talking about random things that you had no previous interest in, but the videos are entertaining to watch. Summoning Salt definitely has much more of a formal essay type format than Jimmy, but still.
And for the record, I'm a fan of Solar Sands and EmpLemon. I don't give a shit about any of the topics they talk about, but their videos make me care for the 10 to 50 minutes that I'm watching.
and i don't play videogames or do parkour, but somewhat i watch them
@@MattMcConaha you seem like a fun guy.
Funny how things are coming together. I’m a rollerblader and I have always been watching your videos for the parkour content. Super cool to see you branching out into rollerblading! I think blading and parkour go really well together, I’m intrigued to see where this going!
exactly
Check out Matthieu ledoux and jay cuthbertson. You won’t regret it!
@@chalkknees1754 haha yeah I competed against Jay in the British championships some while ago crazy guy!
@@chalkknees1754 I also really enjoyed Mathieu’s comeback VOD. Definitely worth a watch!
He’s very creative, you can see his free running background come through. Great to watch
Lol Haffey and Aragon were new kids on the block when I stopped skating!! Aron Fienberg was my guy!!
Feinberg, Haffey, Aragon, Latimer, Shima
Randy Spizer was my dude
Absolutely, shout out to the Aussies that paved the way...Matty Salerno, Cesar Mora, Manual Baleris and so many more.
Don't forget Jon Julio. He's one of the OGs and probably the hardest working blader today.
As far as the Blood Money is concerned, I think that refers to an Able Frames model that used to go around. I could be wrong though, it was years ago.
I'm glad you did this though, it's hard like you said to find a good list so you're like probably the only CZcamsr reppin' that for us.
Look forward to seeing you at Blade Cup next year
I agree that he’s one of the most important bladers of all time but idk if he’s top 10 skills-wise
I'd say God Father of the sport. Especially now with Them and The Blading Cup. Dude is in his 40's and still skates everyday.
ya Montre as well, the whole Denial team was savage
Alex Broskow and Montre Livingston… look into these two names ;)
Too many good guys!
Dustin Latimer
Pat Lennen
Chris Farmer
Billy O'Neil
Mike Johnson
Colin and Sean Kelso
Brian Shima
This guy Ricardo Lino was also not too bad ;) haha
This!
And Eddie chung!!!!!
after watching this video i regret ever talking shit about rollerblading at the skatepark as a skateboarder, rollerblading is so much more gnarlier and technical than skateboarding just wow man these guys are all insane
I deffinetely recommend to watch those guys: Alex Broskow, Richie Eisler, John Bolino, David Sizemore, Montre Livingston, Chris Farmer, Soichiro Kanashima, Cj Wellsmore
Been following Alex Broskow’s skating for so long now and the way he’s progressed from crazy gaps and rails, to how technical he is now is pure God-given talent.
Okay but Leon Basin is an absolute legend and a Wizard. I'd put Leon in there just for what he did with Intuition liners and Wizard skating.
What they are doing is really niche, they probably don't belong on the best, but as the years pass they might end up on the most influential list following CE, Arlo, Julio and DL
Lov the fact that someone highlighting amazing world of skating
It is fun to see someone from outside the scene trying to understand what happened 20 years and how different the view is. It is retrospective of course. There were so many other, that are not named. It is more a list of the 10 most remarkable person's the scene has, rather than the best, since they are from different times and of different generations. From my perspective the first generation has worked towards: larger, bigger, higher. The second generation has focussed on technical aspects like spins and insane combinations. The current generation, almost free of pressure, is trying to get the fun back. The do what ever you can think of without being laughed at. This sport has so much evolved and it is really great to see somebody like you working publicly your way through the matter. Keep it on. Get in touch with "us". We are always open minded and friendly. We have been through so much. Even if I decided to leave the scene, my heart and plenty memories are still there. Oh, and the scene itself is so small and connect. Almost every guy you mentioned has meet each other and talk to each other at least once. So just pick one you can grab and I am sure you will end up talking to whom ever you want. Eugen lives next to me and we had him to almost ever event we organized through out Europe during 2011 and 2014. You should look up Winterclash and visit the winterclash. It is that event. Held in Eindhoven. 2022 is delayed an announced but... Covid... We hope for the best. Winterclash is probably the single largest and most prestigious event in the global scene. Started by Jojo Jacobi and itself so full of stories and mind-blowing things. Oh my dear I could literally cry right now, talking back from all my great memories in 15 years with this great community.
for me, the master of “getting the fun back” has to be danny beer. he just looks like he’s playing around constantly, such a fun guy
Thanks for showing how cool blading is.

Yessss my guy even tho I don't blade I was sooo hoping to see Nils Jansons on this list because I'm also from Latvia. A lot of people that do action sports that are from here know him actually.
Jeff Stockwell, Iain McLeod, Andrey Zaytcev, Evgeny Leonov, Brandon Campbell , Pat Lenen, Brian Shima, Joey Chade ..... there are lots of awesome riders
Chris Haffey is essentially who everyone thinks of when it comes to a first ballot rollerblading Hall of Fame.
Haffey and Aragon both # 1 style, scale and technique wise .
@@RolandAshcroft what about broskow?
Or Latimer.
Agreed! (right after they think of Broskow that is) :'D
Farmer? if you are looking for style...
For you I would recommend Matheiu Ledoux, he's now working as a stuntman, he had a pro skate from USD and he used to do Parkour and has history with Storm (the parkour group). You can still see it nowadays but not as much as when he came out, but his style of skating is VERY inspired by parkour, doing wallspins double and triple (I think) kongs.
And next, if you can find it, then Joe's section in the Jonas Hanson directed movie State of the Art is utterly amazing!
That was a pretty good list, I highly recommend you check out Alex Broskow, he is easily one of the top 3 bladers ever. Other people you can check out: Dustin Latimer, Dominic Sagona, Cj Wellsmore, Sean and Colin Kelso
You should make a video getting your parkour friends to try rollerblading
he should try learning 3 grinds as a challenge, two soul tricks and one groove trick
Man... You truly make me happy with your journey into rollerblading. I´ve been doing this for 30 years and it´s so cool to see someone documenting their trajectory in the sport. Great stuff man! Much love from Brazil!
Great choices 🔥🔥
Love the videos. Can't believe you got Charlie to watch blading!
This list is either missing a lot of really important goated names if it’s going for the best ever that are still alive (broskow, farmer, shima), or a lot of really important more recent skaters if it’s talking about the best in the game today. Either way, Alex Broskow is missing. He was a legend in the hammer era, and is still an absolute giant in the new school smallball technique/style era. And then there’s all of his phases in between the two. If we were to judge bladers by their range across all their video parts in the same way that we discuss bands by their range across their albums, Broskow would be the undisputed GOAT. Even though we don’t, he’s still always in the conversation. The fact that both of those sentences are true is insane. Jimmy, if you haven’t seen his parts, go watch them. All of them. Enjoy.
Yeah, all of THEM 😀
I love seeing Richard Johnson bringing in a new Generation with the videos of him and his Daughter. Always good videos when they come up on the feed. Just a lot of good vibes.

I hope you see this right here, Jimmy. Stefan is some blading royalty as well so good idea to check this list.
You made me go back into rollerblading
Rollerblader and jimmy fan currently very excited about this new wave of content. Hey its like parkour on wheels!
Skiers definitely do double flat spins these days in pipe and off booters but bladers (yasutoko) were on that trick way ahead of everybody else by like a decade
Blading should be in the XGAMEs again
That Viking flip is the rawest flip I've ever seen
11:20 The was Eito can generate rotation with his legs is poetry in motion. SO COOL!!
What about B Free? He's someone that's impressed me over the last couple years. There's so many that could have gone into this top 10 list, including a bunch of female skaters.maybe a follow up video is needed/due!?
YESSSS BFREE
B Free is good, but he isn't top 10. Lets be honest.
Chris Farmer, David Sazimore, Broskow, montre, Fábio enes and Nick Lomax
yeah good adittion
I think for Style - Danny Beer and the Mushroom Blading Crew (the old clips) could be intresting for Jimmy
Borkowsk still drives .....
My picks are Bobby Spassov for flips and Yuri Botelho for grinds.
@@chrisvonhorsten8738 yes, i agree
Alex Broskow, Chris Farmer, Brian Shima, Montre Livingston, Sean Kelso, and Billy O'Neill are just a few I would strongly watching the best of. They have some absolutely incredible work.
Damn I forgot about Shima
Oh I thought the title was too 10 roller coasters on earth. I’m on vacation in Florida right now and excited to go on lots of roller coasters.
Dude, its so good to see how much you've gotten into rollerblading. As someone who went the opposite way, from inline to parkour, its so cool to see. Also, I met you tonight at WCT, ("Can I shake your hand?") and I forgot to tell you how quickly you picked it up, its actually impressive!! Safe
Yes Yes Yes!!!!!, I absolutely love how your getting addicted the power of rollerblading!!!!!!!!!
That list was spot on especially for someone new to the scene 💯 only ones missing imo was Montre Livingston (US, just won blade cup) Nick Lomax (UK) Alex Broskow (US). Very entertaining to watch!
there are so many big names, it's hard to pick 10 or 20 , there is always more
@@RolandAshcroft true as well
Also CJ!
Feinberg, Haffey, Aragon, Latimer, Shima
You pretty much hit on all the bangers in this video. Eugen Enin is definitely one of my favorite skaters. The other person who was not mentioned that I really enjoy watching is Danny Beer. Mainly because he has some mushroom blading background and I find the goofy aspect really cool. You'd also really enjoy watching Antony Pottier and Montre Livingston.
Danny Beer is an absolute beast. I think people write him off because of the fun-weird shit he does. But the dude has some insane talent and probably the best control on skates I've seen in a while. Even the goofy stuff requires so much skill to control. And you have to give him credit, the man's pro-skates were some of the first to get notoriety outside of the skate community. Hell, I think big fashion publications did write-ups on them.
@@44mccoya that's what I love about Danny beers style is how goofy he is, but it makes skating look funner in my book. What's the point of skating when you're trying to have crazy steeze? Looks clean, but doesn't peak my interest
@@DatBoiAntix For sure dude. He is what got me back into skating after so many years. Nice to see people not taking themselves too serious.
People argue so much about who is the best or 10 best or 20 best, it's really hard to pick and have everyone agree because there are so many more names :
Carlos Pianowski, Ian Mcleod, Dominic Sagona, Jeff Stockwell, Brian Shima, Jon Elliott, Chris Farmer,
(editing in more : Aaron Feinberg, Montre Livingston, Alex Broskow)
There could be another list made for the most influential rollerbladers :
Chris Edwards and Arlo Eisenberg (early days)
Dustin Latimer and Jon Julio (late 90's and early 2ks mostly, Jon is still in the industry)
The lore behind “blood money“;
Brian Aragon was a pro skater For a company called Able frames.... they were really good frames but all of the “cool kids“ rode ground control frames. Brian was pressured by his friends and the company who sponsored his boots (Razors, who owns ground control) to leave the Able frame company.
I don’t fault him for leaving but his timing was really poor... The Brian Aragon 2 Able frame was already being manufactured in his special color way. The frames were done but the packaging wasn’t. Because Brian quit, the owner of Able(Azikiwee Anderson) called the new frames “blood money“ because they were white with red highlights. Azikiwee then took out a full-page ad in the biggest inline skating magazine whining about Aragon leaving.
I loved the frames and Azikiwee is a great guy but he just got too emotional. Brian Aragon‘s response was that little page burning stunt in the razors team video “ego“
Fun fact: Azikiwee Anderson did stunt skating in the 1997 movie “Batman & Robin”. He was one of Mr. Freeze’s goons
Bullshit! He talked about it on the Jump Street podcast saying that he just did not like the frames and preferred the GC ones. A very logical and important decision to go with what makes him skate better. The Able manager and owner is the one to start the diss and talked a lot off shit saying Brien "sold out" and what not and even went as far as paying for an entire page in the Daily Bred magazine just to shit on him. What you see in the edit is him burning that page.
czcams.com/video/_fcY50l9NAM/video.html
@@kofbanana The thing that Brian didn’t mention on that podcast is Azikiwee offered to create an entire new frame for him if he stayed so the whole “ he skated better on ground control frames” is irrelevant. Other than that you agreed with pretty much everything I said I guess you didn’t really read my entire post.
I’m not hating on Brian. He was a kid at the time with a lot of old people trying to manipulate him, both Azikiwee and Andy(the owner of Razors/ground Control). Most people would’ve made the same decision that Brian did, it’s just that his timing was poor...
Oh yea.. watch all the JUMP STREET PODCASTS!! Blading history at its finest. Love them on YT
You covered a lot of my favorites but I'd add Mery Muñoz, George Demetrios, Richie Eisler, Nick Lomax and Montre Livingston.
Demetrios George. George is his last name.
@@Boogiewalker Yeah learnt that after I posted, but thanks for checking me! 😊
Very happy someone put out a modern day compilation! Blades can be sick and more people need to be seen on them!
Carlos Pianowski did some of the nastiest sends. Could argue he deserves a spot on the list aswell.
Loving your rollerblading content Jimmy! Great to see such quality material being put out there about blading. As has been said, Alex Broskow is a notable absence. As is Montre Livingston! Skaters like Dustin Latimer, Brian Shima and Aaron Feinburg are legends of our sport, but don't really skate any more, so wouldn't make a current list. I would be interested to see a vid on the Top 10 Rollerbladers of all time though! Those 3 would be a good start...
Feinberg, Haffey, Aragon, Latimer, Shima
please do a vid on skiing, it’s like roller blading but with bigger flips and gnarlier rotations
Your excitement for rollerblading is making my month Jimmy!
Great picks. Youre nailing it down
Broskow, CJ, Montre already mentioned here. I'd also throw in Roman Abrate. Smooth as, style and only Blader I've seen throw a flat spin to grind. Insane!
I love Roman... he is like the modern day Brian Aragon even though they arent too far apart in age.
Within rollerblading USD really isn't considered a prestigious brand.. it's just a brand with a lot of resources. The core skaters gravitate more towards the skater owned / skater run brands.
USD has a legacy though.
It birthed one of the most legendary teams in rollerblading.
Dustin latimer
Richard joshnson
Dominic sagona
Josh petty
Louie zamora
So many fucking legends on that team.
The almighty Powerslide corporation with USD, Gawds, Kizer, Iqon, Myfit and no doubt a few others definitely have their fingers in a lot of pies and a lot of resources.
They have done some pretty cool stuff as well like the new kizer alu soulframes and much more. So I give them massive props. Just wish they would up their quality control and hardware, but I'd wish that for most blading companies.
Cesar Mora should 100% be on this list, I grew up on vert skateboarding in Australia where the main guys of the era were the Pappas brothers Jason Ellis and my mum always encouraged me and my brother to follow his example more especially as he landed the first 1080 and reverse 1260 in the same year, at the same time Taz Pappas was first trying to spin 900's on a skateboard. Guys an absolute hero and really deserves more recognition in the broader history of sports
@meanisshow I completely agree and would also add Shane Yost to the list as well he's a Aussie that helped change the game.
Alot of Aussie and USA guys & girls from the 90s started to refine what it ment to do aggressive skating.
Take ROCES for example when that company started out in aggressive skates it was all new so it took time for it to get to where aggressive roller blading has gotten to E.G of this is ROCES ROMES/ROCES IMPALA & OF COURSE G1 MAJESTIC 12'S.
Heck I rember the first video I saw was called public transport and it was filmed in Sydney mostly I think.
Just shows how old I am lol.
Sup jimmy, I’ve been binging your content recently, keep up the creativity bro 👍
For your next videos you should do the godfather's a roller blade. John Julio Arlo Eisenberg and the guys that did the hoax 1,2 videos
Yeah you cant do a blading vid and not mention Julio or Eisenberg, 2 of the original OGs and the Hoax vids were on constant loops on my vhs player when i was in my late teens early 20s
Erik Bailey was doing some bonkers stuff back in the day too. And Alex Broskow's part in Leading the Blind is always one of my top
Love the live stream from Monday. Great video Jimmy really entertaining
I would love if Jimmy did a video or two on snowboarding and/or skiing
Julian bah Jeff stockwell Rachard Johnston will Gordon Chris farmer chaz sands Alex Burston elliot Stevens all amazing skaters as well you should check em out!
Will Gordon forgot about how technical and stylish he was back in day loving these comments
I grew up wathcing Montre Livingston and Mike Murda!
Loving the rollerblading videos. If you’re still skating and you’re in London, come to Bay66 on a Thursday night! It’s an in lines and quads only night. Great vibes, some unreal skating, Sam Crofts is there most weeks.
#thursbay ☺️
Thanks for putting this out mate, brought back so many good memories of blading back in the day. You should do a part 2 including Feinberg, Latimer, Fish, Petty, Roadhouse, Zamora, Shima, Arlo, Heinemann….so many sick bladers!
Feinberg, Haffey, Aragon, Latimer, Shima
The sport has had way too many talented icons, each legends in their own right. For me, the jumping legends where Eric, Haffey, Aragón, Broskow and Julian Bah. In grinding, The Kelso brothers are like "brain surgeon" precise, much like Eugen. Seriously, so many have given so much to our sport. Look into Jump street podcast with Austin Paz and Billy O'Neill. They interview ALL of them.
YES. Jump street podcast with pro's Austin Paz and Billy O'Neil!! Mesmer skate brand just came out too!! Check out MESMER!!
Btw the craziest thing about some of the clips you're showing is that you don't even realize how insane the tricks actually are. A lot of them are "Disaster" variations or "topside" variations with rotations in and out. So if you don't know a lot about rollerblading they're amazing. Once you do know more they're Godly.
Flic Flac is insane, you should make a video about it!
I was a rollerblader back when aggressive started. Someday you should do a video on the guys who started the aggressive scene. Like Arlo Eisenberg and Chris Edwards. Look up videos like The Hoax and Hoax 2. Or Mad Beef. The tricks will not look too impressive by today's standards. But for the mid-1990s these guys were doing stuff never before done that laid foundation for today's skate scene. And as far as knees go, mine hurt now in my early 40's. But I had surgery back in my teenage years when I used to skate. Recently I tried a skate park for the first time with my son. Never had skate Parks back then - only street stuff around town and maybe a ramp in someone backyard.
ive scrolled like 3 pages looking for a mention of arlo...
my knees are kinda bad but mostly creaky and clunky. cant imagine what the pros' are like.
My top 10 rollerbladers you should check out for sure in no particular order.
Chris farmer
Alex Broskow
John Bolino
Savosin Ilia
Jon Julio
Nick Lomax
Sean & Colin Kelso
Montre Livingston
David Sizemore

Love the vids man. Keep it up ☺️☺️
have you heard of Chris Farmer, he's fuckin goated
Wow that's actually really insane. I mean just look at them they're not even rolling or anything. How are they acting like it's such a normal thing? I'm kinda pissed right now. I get a severe back injury over normal jumps then these guys are like made out of something other than bone and flesh.
You mean pakour style rolls. Because their blades roll plenty! I don't know if they have shocks or if the weather wheels to this work transfering vertical force into forward, or is it all tank.
@@abj136 Yeh have shocks in the heels in most and the rubber wheels help (to an extent) but the guys on his clips are machines and not many of us mere mortals land stuff like that.
Love your passion! So sick. 🤘
YES!! Thank you A LOT for this video!!!
Yo Jimmy, Roces is pronounced row-shays if memory serves me correctly!
Yeah, it's an Italian brand and they had a cockroach logo and is pronounced like "Roaches" in an Italian accent. Most people pronounce it Row-sees though.

It’s tough to make a top 10 because there’s been so many insanely good bladers but this is a pretty accurate list.
It’s really cool to see you’re getting into blading! Keep the videos coming. 👍🏻
I always adored yasutoko bros. Nice video keep it up 🔥🔥
Would love to see a video from you exploring the evolution of Winter clash (and summer clash)
aweseome video, good choice in skaters! its super interesting to hear from someone whos new to the sport what they like about peoples skating even when they dont know what the trick names are called. you dig the style and huge stunts, so sick. keep up the sick content jimmy
Great vid mate
Awesome video. Cool to see more skate content from you!
Just started aggressive rollerblading but ive been rollerblading since i was a child and it opens up a huge world, its awesome and hope you love it as well.
Love the blading content!
superior content! Bill Stoppard is a street guru. His series skating a frozen lakeshore is sick
Hey bro. New subscriber here. I found you through your skate content. I started skating like 11 months ago. Love it!
Great to see someone so hyped about rollerblading and getting into it well after teenage years
Thanks for showing how cool blading is.
In terms of all-time blading GOATS, these guys are considered ROYALTY: Brian Shima, Aaron Feinberg, Chris Haffey, Dustin Latimer, Brian Aragon... and ofc the Yasutoko brothers!
Honorable mentions: Frankie Morales, Randy Spizer, Jon Julio, Alex Broskow, Chris Farmer.
Now days, you got Joe Atkinson, Damon Franklin, Jay Yoon, Nils Jansen, BFREE Brian Freeman, Danny Beer, Montre Livingston, Roman Abrate (modern day Aragon) Yandriel Silverio, John Bolino, Eugin Enin, Bobby Spazov, Sam Croft.
Ah man these blading videos take me back to my teens! Notable skaters to look up from back in the day...
Brian shima,
Chris farmer,
Ty brysset,
Anthony Mackie,
And my fav of all time Richard Taylor... RIP... remember seeing him at NASS do his whole run fakie. Blew my mind at the time, his steeze was next level.
Also you should see if you can find an archive of unity magazine, I still got the Richard Taylor tribute issue stashed away somewhere.
And also something that was a fad that might interest you was soap shoes, trainers you could do grinds with.
Keep up the good work man! Love the content and love seeing you out on some blades! Makes me want to buy a pair, my choice would be the Brian shima Ltd editions razors. They were the bomb.
More rollerblading content jimmy its great!
