A note for the sticklers of 'clean' setting among us: no, rotating balls are never a reason to call a double. Just have a look at all the legal sets here where balls are rotating front, back, and sideways. Let's all just play volleyball instead of arguing all the time if a set isn't pretty.

hey i am 15 and 180 cm and outsider hitter . how i can improve my jump?
dude we are so alike
best way to improve jump is actually jumping (no joke)
search for a solid box or bench outside and jump on it from solid stand
or if you have the Money buy little weights wich you can attire around your ankles (but carefuel because you are 15 and you still growing)
stairs are also a good practice or a jump rope
because you are only 15 gym is no option so try to jump a lot and mix little exercises in your daily routine.

Setter #11 is at position 4 and he moved to the right of position 3 before contact is made on the ball

Probably after ace cuban coach ask for a time out and after that, for some reason, 11# cuban setter though they (he) were (was) on R4, not R5. Look from where he starts. And then, after the rotation fault, he starts his race from he has to start (very diferent from R4).
In addition: YES, the german ace (their 21st point), the 11# cuban setter is in rotation fault, although. Umpires didn't noticed, sometimes is difficult to became aware of, even more when it's an ace and the ball isn't played.
