Anyone know what shoes Gage is wearing?

I went to Pac Rim facility to do lessons with the Donovan Constable, and he mentioned that Joe is a really great setter who happens to set similarly. Will there be another setter video with Joe? If so, can you talk about cushioning the ball or having “sticky hands” (like holding onto the ball for a small amount of time instead of only pushing outwards)?

I’m definitely struggling with defense since I’m mostly self taught through videos like on this channel so I’m glad to have some new ideas and suggestions to practice around with.

This is an interesting perspective. I play both Volleyball and Basketball. For basketball, these are incredible. I've never thought about a shoes flexibility increasing your ability to jump. I've heard the opposite when utilizing a shank, but I think you distinguished an important point. In basketball, you tend to run into your jumps, so the carbon fiber is spring loaded a bit more based on the speed and movement before the jump. Volleyball, you're working off the balls of your feet, and making taking one or two steps before jumping. I would love to hear your perspective of the WOW AC 12. Has a thicker sole, less of a shank, but still really grippy with a nice 1:1 fit.

To me it looked like Coach Donny wasn’t moving OFF of the split step. I saw the split step, a tiny moment of being stationary, and then the push off the feet to go for the ball. Tough for Gage to hit the down ball and see if the timing of Coach Donny’s split step was there.

Can you explain why over is better than off the net? Isnt over giving away a ball. If its off, at least we have an out of system set.... or did I misunderstand?

been playing for about 9 weeks and i can make in 1 in 5 jump serves, my main issue is contact point and hitting strength

Is it just me, or is coach jumping way higher??? This game he was spiking, blocking, digging so good!!!! By far THE most entertaining game to date!

Watching this game is just so funny to me because the majority of the inferno team are oldheads who I play grass with, players just out of college who I've done open runs with, or coaches I've worked with a lot I even got an inferno jersey with all of their signatures lol
