Poland is awesome. No one will ever be able to replicate his strange phrasing and feel. Perfect example of "tone is in the fingers", his Peace Sells solos will never be topped!

Peace sells has an incredibly unique feel mostly due to Chris Poland’s style. It was the first Megadeth album I ever heard, and was disappointed with everything I heard after, including rust in peace because I thought that style was uniquely Megadeth, and not just their hired guitarist.
I’m glad he is beginning to get more recognition in the metal world because he is such a unique beast of a guitarist that is completely unreplicatable.
Chris poland is the reason i love Yamaha’s SG guitars. I asked him through a comment whether he still plays his one’s and he liked it , which I suppose is a yes! I always pick up my guitar after listening to peace sells
