Oh this is perfect. When i run lost shipments I will just go back and forth between morrows peak and plunders just doing the reversed route each time. The first clue is always in the exact spot near the outpost so I'll just have them marked on my map, and reset until I see the captains key, then I go straight to the opposite outpost to find the shipwreck and get all the crates and manifest. This method in the video is so much better though because the sailing is much less, and you're underwater for far less amount of time, making it much less likely to get snuck up on by other crews. Yet another banger from this man
Yes this does work efficiently for a Sloop. A Brig/Galleon team is better at doing what you said. More hands means faster clears and quicker stacks. I usually run with a brig crew so it's more lucrative to me to do that. Each shipment is worth around 50k. So just nabbing the key and heading to it is more money for 3-4 people vs a 2 person/solo.
@@jihuramaw1553 couldn't have said it better myself, if you had a 3 man brig I think that would be the most efficient. I've never been able to try it, but that is most likely THE fastest way to level up merchants as of right now

@@cheetoman4131 start the voyage(dive) until you get the one for morows peak to plunder outpost. Then find the birds for the first clue (barrels in water) and then mark it on your map. Do the same for the return trip voyage and you'll have them saved

Sea Forts for Order is [not an exploit] but probably the most efficient for time right now. You always get at least 9 high value skulls as long as you find the storage key for upstairs, the Forts don't take very long and aren't very difficult. Compared to an Ashen Lord or Ghost Fleet I think it's the best value return for time spent for the Boneheads.

U can do skeleton lord in sailor bounty, it will spawn in same island (need at least 2 crew)
@@Valkaiden if you don't mind the extra risk and a bit extra time Skull Forts are better gold and rep since the three 'freebie' items are also skulls (Stronghold Skull from the boss and two Villanous Skulls from the captains)
they're also a very good source of doubloons consistently with the ashen chest guaranteed each time if you need those, might be the best way to guaranteed farm those atm

When it’s reversed (PL to MP) you can also look for the first clue, and see if the key is there, for another free 6k and some emissary grade

Heck ya man, glad I could help with the video idea! Glad you figured out how to consistently repeat this.
Me and my friend did this for about 1 hour and we got about 7 manifests and some other merchant loot. In the end we got to grade 5 and I got about 3 levels of reputation (from 33 to 36).
One thing I would recommend doing is to always be on the lookout for the bigger flocks of birds too because sometimes you can find the key their and it's a quick and easy way to get a lot more loot.
Another thing is that I would not recommend getting to grade 5 before you do the exploit because chances are you will get there just by doing the exploit for about an hour or less.
Overall I think this exploit is definitely worth it especially if you do not really want a lot of PVP (like me I am fairly new)
Ok, i get what's happening, the ship wrecks have a very specific spawn location for each voyage. What's happening here is the game is looking at your location on the map, trying to determine which closest voyage to give you, once your given the appropriate voyage, the ship spawns. Since the locations of the ship wrecks are pre-determined, it's a simple process forcing the server into giving you a optimal ship wreck spawn.
At least, that's what i think is going on.
Edit: There is a glitch where the ship will despawn before you complete the voyage leaving behind the Manifest, this glitch has been in the game since Lost Shipments launched........

Checking barrels for rare fish can add to the yield at minimal time expended.
This also gives a nice chunk of Guild rep every time you find a book.
Subscribed cause this worked great. Got 8 books currently in about an hour and 30 minutes. Tons of supplies. 22 bone balls! Tons of meat and fish. Buy a storage before you start

I had 5 ships next to each other at one point 😂 the water clipping out at their surface made it look crazy

If there’s any single way to get ghost captain skulls faster please let me know. The grind for the sails are so slow
This also works when the Route is reversed or with the other route between Morrows Peak and Galeons Grave
This works because there are only those 2 Routes in the DR Lost Shipments (The other 2 are hidden in the DR Medleys)
Just go to the general Area where the Wrecks like to spawn and revote until you get a Wreck close to you

if u want level 5 emissary (merchant) just grab a buddy and do the commodities glitch from last video but with the fruit, cannonball, and wood crates. it goes up pretty fast
or go straight to do this exploit from the start. you will level up to 5 very quickly by grabbing manifests and the eventual crate in the shipwreck
if you take a storage crate and take every fish in those gallions, you'll gain 3/4 of a fisher level (at lvl 30) for an hours of grind

i think if u do only the first clue it s even more optimised, u just put ur emuissary flag, after u can dive ashen lost shipment (my favourite from galeon grave to morrow's) u stay just near the firs patch of loot in the water and u vote the quest over and over. the patch spawn a the same location, u can easily get to emmisary five cause u getting creates, and the capitain keys are selling for 6.150 with an emissary five
I still think this one is better but they are both really good way and yours can be done in more places!!
I got to merchant renown 5 by buying resource crates mainly wood and fruit resources using the blunderbomb buying trick, we had 4 people buying at 2 outposts, each person spent a million but it can work with 2 people just slightly slower the best thing is that you can dive with all of the crates to a tall tale for a new outpost
you spent two million dollars on resource crates collectively. What.
@grifiano no it was 4 million total and we did it a few times net profit was like 20mil on community day and I went from renown 1 to renoun 5 in 3 hours

hello, your last exploit ( or whoever found that with merchant stuff ) we did it, and i was trying to look more over the exploit, and once it was possibul to just use harpoon insted of blunderbombs, it didnt work after when we moved the boat or did something, but i think you guys could look over that. anyway thanks for another exploit to use for money and comendations
yeah I couldn't get that to work but I did try it, someone mentioned just blocking the view of the buyer with a piece of loot or a crate instead of moving them
Wouldn't this work on any lost shipment for the the Roar. If I pop the voyage that ends at Morrow shouldn't the ship be somewhere around Morrow without getting all the clues?
It probably does but for testing I needed to pick one spot to use and this is the one I went with
Interesting strategy. Quick question: once you collect the manifest, can you reset the mission from the current spot or do you have to sail back to plunder Outpost to reset the mission?
You can reset from the spot that you are at
After about 6 times you might need to go back to the outpost. But it’s no big deal because you never go too far from the outpost anyways.
On my PS EU servers this seams to be a hotspot for hourglass sweats that have just lost their streak or something cos holy shit they are always fucking with me
Can you investigate the natural loot from treasuries? I am currently finding that the treasuries in the game have really weird loot spawns now.. the secret wild treasury spawns with 2 guaranteed golden sailor chests that it should not have and i have not found any horns from a treasury yet

I have a request for you to find any possible way to level up a Guild very quickly as a solo. I think the best possible way right now is to just do Skull of Siren Song, but that can be risky.

Me and my friend accidentally duped a skull of destiny by burying and digging it up a lot. I’m not sure if there are any other steps because we only did it once but it could be very profitable if you found how to do it.

If you have a teammate, you can do the resource dupe glitch to max out your emmesery without leaving the outpost you spawn at

@@Kingbunny101 no. The only thing that would clue the devs onto you would be you cashing in a few hundred crates at once and even then there's plenty of people doing that normally anyway. You're also greatly overestimating Rare and Microsoft's care for the issue. gold and reputation doesnt mean anything. they just want you playing the game and paying for cosmetics and the plunder pass. As long as you do that and aren't hampering other players' experience then why would they care?
You could farm keys, before this, with the other exploit near port merrik or when u get the route from plunder to somewhere else (if the key is on the first clue)

Are the previous ships supposed to respawn? I end up with multiple flocks of birds and ships being directly next to each other, within 10 seconds swimming time. It’s making it difficult to discern which flock is new
They were despawning for me but you may have to leave the area after a while to let it reset
@@archpolecat5218 Found a video showing how you can farm the keys used to get the loot in the captains quarters, channel name “!!CYREN!!” posted a day ago. If the keys aren’t area specific, using those keys as well as this method may allow you to grab both the manifest and all the crates inside, requiring you to gain grade 5 while you do the work as well as gaining more rep from each shipwreck

I found a better exploit: IF you station your ship right next to a loot patch, be it with captain key or not, and you redo the voyage, the loot patch will respawn, occasionally spawning captain's key. Note that the route must be exactly the same as the one you found the loot patch with. When the route is correct, you hear a "sploink" sound from the sea by barrels respawning

I don't think either are the answer sadly sometimes exploits are just buggy because they aren't meant to be done

Unfortunately with the latest update I think they’ve patched this as I can no longer get the Quest from Morrow to Plunder (or at least the chances of getting it have gone down a lot)
I've got it twice out 6 quest so far

Not that I know of but I'm gonna revisit some old ones this week and see if any are still useable since that is the most asked for one!

doing the quest this way you won't get the key so you can't open the cargo hold

It could be patched or just a glitch. It has had it's problems across updates

This should not be called an "exploit" it's genuinely just doing a voyage but skipping the part where you get loot, which people have been doing for a long time

@@archpolecat5218 it's really not an "unintended way" if you aren't glitching the game, it's just a faster way to get the manifest. It's like calling the trick for getting the chest of ancient tribute with 1 medallion an exploit which is just not true
@@archpolecat5218 what is an exploit is doing the infinite commodity bug which is NOT how the buying is supposed to work. Unlike this where it is literally how the game works 😅 if they didn't want you doing that they would put the manifest in the captains corters lol

By thinking of different ways that Rare has messed up and how to make the most out of them before they fix them, Also a lot of times I get help from my community as a lot of times they also are pretty good at finding them
