I'm don't know how to start my study for MES I'm last year civil engineering student plz tell me which books I can refer for the paper 1st and paper 2 or give me ur personal contact and tell me I don't have any experience so I can apply for MES exam or not .

first focus on SSC JE pre exam
mostly technical or reasoning
daily practice kro
revise kro...and then mains part if you read all the subject properly
otherwise you should start by subject wise prepration clearing doubt and make notes and
you can apply by SSC JE

yeah it will take more time and mostly we can say it is hard to take promotion under that job and too difficult when you don't have any graduation...
because if you have graduation and work as a JE it will promote 15 year later of your job
