I love how it patina. It’s so cute. I’m mad because my dad set his hat on my bag and got oil on one of the handles. I was fuming 😤 but I found out they could replace the handle so I’m happy again lol 😆
Omg no way!! lol just from a hat placed over?? I can't believe it, I would be upset too especially when its new. Anyways, good to know they can be replaced because I didn't know that 😊

Yes!! I find the 30 to be the perfect size and sometimes too big on some days so I wouldn’t go bigger than 30 for sure! Thanks for watching 😊💕

You can purchase a bag organizer to keep the structure of the bag.. It will help even if you put slightly heavy things in the bag like the water bottle..

I bought this Speedy B 30 in March and due to the pandemic, I haven’t been out with it yet, lol. I thought that box was a gold color which I like. I agree with you about the clashing blue ties, though. Nice video.

Ah! I never thought about the zipper length in regards to the size of the bag. Must be hard to take things in and out. Not much wiggle room I'd guess.

Curious what do you do with the lock and 🔐? Mine is attached to my zipper and I lost the key 🤦🏻♀️ . I’m a little worried, the lock will damage the zipper pull since it’s so heavy.
I don't use it at all! I keep it in the dust baggy it comes with lol... (though I've been told it needs to breathe or it'll tarnish, which it did a little bit!) I personally didn't want it dangling off my bag and I knew I'd never really use it so I don't! I haven't seen any bags personally damaged from the zipper pull but I've seen the leather tab on the sides wear and tear really badly. Maybe go into a store too see they can remove the lock with a master key?? 🤔

Hi the strap is 3/4" ! It can dig into your shoulder when the bag is super heavy, but normally filled it's totally fine 😊

How old is this bag? Just wondering how well its aged on the vachetta. Also can you get spray to protect the straps from watermarks and rainmarks? Xx
This bag is from 2015/2016. I've never sprayed this bag myself, and yes you totally can get a spray to protect it! Check out Havre De Luxe, they have a water repellent spray, use my code 'SAMANTHAMOK15' for 15% off orders! I haven't used it myself but I'm planning to on my newer LV pieces!
Really helpful video! I have it in the DE print but I soooooooo want the monogram too 🙈🙈🙈 I’m being greedy 🤣 I actually like the patina so much, it gives the bag a very different, well loved and kind of vintage look 😍 But the DE is more carefree, that bag could fall into a swimming pool and come out looking pristine 😂 Out of curiosity, which bag do you wear when it’s raining out if not the speedy mono?
I can't decide if I want this or the mm neverfull.
Both are such beautiful classics! I do find myself grabbing my damier neverfull for more dressier vibes and days I just want to throw everything inside and go, and getting the monogram speedy for casual outings- only because of the different canvas finish. Try narrowing down to which finish you like first, each bag gives off a different vibe 😊
My opinion: get speedy 😊 mm is super casual
im also looking in to this and stck on the same thing i love the idea od a huge neverfull but i use long straps so im stuck on what size speedy im getting
I have the neverfull in monogram and damier ebene and azul and the speedy in monogram I find myself reaching for the neverfull all the time. The speedy is a classic but I only like it with certain outfits.

My speedy b30 2014 doesnt have zipper inside the pocket, is LV change it in 2016?
I assume so! It might have been 2015/2016
just can't decide between this and the Damier Ebene
Both are gorgeous! I’d think about other models you’d like in the future and pick which finish you want for all. All I can say is that the handles will definitely age! I find the damier ebene works better with darker outfits/dressier and monogram seems more casual.
Me too, I’ve been having a major dilemma. I ended up purchasing the speedy in damier ebene. I still am madly in love with monogram and contemplating purchasing the neverfull.

You’ll probably use the Damier Ebene more even though the strap is stiffer. I have it in the 25 size.

I’m planning to get my first LV purse for my birthday! I’m not sure whether or not to get the neverfull or speedy. 😅 also I’m 5’2, would a speedy 30 be too big for me?
Those two bags were what I debated between too! Speedy b 30 was my first LV bag. I think you should go in store and try both. If 30 is too big then go down to 25. But I read some reviews saying the smaller speedy zippers are harder to fit things in. I personally love the 30 and I'm 5'3". Hope that helps! 😊 FYI there is a difference between Speedy and Speedy B.

I might just go for the 30! Im unsure about the bandouliere though especially because it’s so expensive unless it’s really worth it!
@@elyssa8689 Np prob! I'd suggest the speedy too since it has a zipper so its more secure and I love that about it. The bandoliere is a must for me only because of the extra strap. Otherwise you're only stuck carrying it with your hands/arm elbow area. So its up to you if you want to pay extra for the cross body/shoulder strap 😊 some people get the speedy then a separate strap and attach it to the hardware around the handles as an option. You don't have to buy an LV strap to do that too! So you'll save. Just find a strap on ETSY or Ebay for like $40 😄. I'd go with he 30, 25 might be tough to get in and out of the bag.

Hi! Thanks for watching. I don’t do anything to make my speedy B shiny, that’s actually the wear and tear of it. As for my vachetta I just babied it and try to be as careful as possible. There is vachetta protectant spray you can purchase yourself. It makes it water proof and tan evenly. If you’re interested I’ll link you and I have a coupon code so you can save :)

Hi! I'm not looking to protect the handles, I do enjoy the way it wears over time. My only pet peeve is when one handle ages faster than the other. Good point though, I quite often forget twilly's exist. I do find twilly's look better on more structured bags rather than slouchy ones like the speedy.

Why do you keep eyelash glue with you if you already have lashes on?
Sometimes I don’t have them already on and may bring to work to put on. Also I keep it Incase my lashes fall off or need adjustment! (Especially around the tear duct area)
