      Hi, I just checked and it’s 9cm (3.54 inches)- without removing the tray.

    Can you recommend which capsule is good for latte?

      I have so many favorites! Usually I will go for the flavored pods in Iced Lattes (Vanilla, Caramel) or Venezia, Ristretto for unflavored. I have shared a video with my Top 10 pods for latte and the recipes I use: czcams.com/video/tp3d2XRyRv4/video.htmlsi=gbku1b7QtvbiXrcG

    Is it normal that the capsule is not laying down straight (completely horizontal) when inserted into the machine?

      Yes, it usually sits at an angle. Not necessarily flat

    i see that online advises against distilled water for coffee machines as there is the risk of leeching of metals from the machine into the drink... advise is to use mineral water instead... what say u?

      Interesting question. I need to do more research into the effects of distilled water on Nespresso coffee. However, from my experience and based on what I have read so far, the best water for this Nespresso machine is "tap water".
      Mineral water contains various crystals (calcium, sodium, etc.) that over time can cause your machine to be clogged and stop working. I've also had friends who use tap water and their machine has clogged (beyond repair).
      I guess it all comes down to which country you're from and on the chemical composition of your tap water or mineral water you can find. For example, in many countries, we cannot drink tap water because it's dirty, and not suitable for cooking or drinking.
      I am curious to read more on this topic, and will do a video once I have an answer supported by research.

      @@AlleCeambur Perhaps its a consideration of the lesser of 2 evils... better to descale the machine over time as routine maintenance, rather than to ingest metals?

    Can i press lungo button for expresso pod? Will i affect extraction?

      @AlleCeambur  Před měsícem

      You can press the lungo with espresso pods, nothing bad will happen. The coffee will be more 3x more diluted.
