I believe he used the Toranie Caramel Sauce, it's Yummy! And NIce use of the Mini, I have the Vurto line but just wanted a straight up 19 bar Espresso extraction. Well done, I want to go make one right now.

Thanks. The capsule was a lungo capsule from lavazza and the cups I purchased on amazon.
