    Hey, Influencers! Today we are diving into the habits of successful real estate agents!
    More than just looking at a typical, “day in the life of a real estate agent..” I went back and looked over all my notes and coaching journals for the past decade or so to deliver to you something very special.
    It was very cool to see what the daily schedule of strong listing agents looked like and how that schedule has evolved over the years as technology has changed. So if you are in search of a successful real estate agent daily schedule then guess what?
    You have arrived! Congrats!
    In today’s real estate training, we are taking a look at schedule management. What can a real estate agent's daily schedule look like in order for them to have success?
    Let’s find out how to set your schedule based on the daily success habits of successful realtors. That sounded a bit weird, but you get the idea! As I look over my notes and bullets from hundreds of coaching and consulting sessions, here’s something that just stands out… the daily schedule and routine for top real estate agents are drastically different from the average agent or the agent who is struggling on a monthly basis to bring in constant business.
    The schedule of a successful real estate agent has different priorities.. A top listing agent's daily routine has a repeatable routine that got them where they are at.
    Do you want to mirror the success habits of successful real estate agents? Because there is such a thing as successful realtor habits. In this video, I’m going to examine a real estate agent working hours break down. I think that when you take a look at a real estate agent's daily routine you will see that success leaves clues.
    Now I’m not going to have you pour over pages and pages of notes. That would be way too much.
    Let’s just see what all these wonderful agents do… from the top listing agent daily schedule to the start of the day in the life of a realtor.

    Very nice video! Until now, I’m still looking for a pre-listing packet to be sent ahead my appointment.

      Thanks for the nice comment.
      As for a pre-listing packet, I like to send an electronic pre-listing questionnaire via an individual landing page. This allows me to ask the most important questions to find out their motivation, ability, and need to sell.       Girl, I have ADHD too. That’s why it’s more important than usual for me to organize my time to keep me on track toward dollar productive activities. I can wake up and hit the ground running instead of getting paralyzed by disorganization.

    How do you Lead gen by noon when most people are at work at that time? That's one of my struggles.

      Hi Ivette. Thanks for watching. We use a 6 point marketing system to meet our Sphere where they are in today's world. We are not reliant on phone calls so our Sphere being at work is not a problem. :)

    Thank for this much needed information. Glad i found your channel. Im a new agent in VA and just need a jump start on my Real Estate career. Visited your site for mentorship information did not see a contact sheet. Do you provide mentorship yourself or will i be working with your team for mentorship? Do you schedule consultation prior to enrolling so i can know what to expect after enrolling for mentorship?

      We have found that running ads to a specific list, our Sphere, is the most effective for getting referrals. Be sure not to use any “you” language in the ad or it will not be approved. What kind of ads are you running?

      @@InfluentialAgent At this point I am going to just pay for ads. I'm not a great "IT" person and it's been hard trying to get an ad approved by FB in the past. I think I will just keep trying until I figure out what I am doing wrong.
