Karin Bohn is the founder and creative director behind the award-wining Vancouver-based design firm, House of Bohn (www.houseofbohn.com). Karin established the interior design firm over 8 years ago, and since has made her mark on the West-Coast Canadian design scene in many industries including high-end residential, multi-family, restaurants and retail. Growing up and out while maintaining your brand is an issue that all businesses address at one time or another. I think the question is how much growth does one want without setting limits or compromising integrity? Growth management is a must

I am a 22-year-old entrepreneur and college student from Los Angeles and have been documenting building my tech startup from day one on my channel. 11 months and a whole lot of work later I have been able to get my startup that I started in my room to 80K in revenue. How do you approach clients with the proposal to film a meeting for a youtube video? Do you feel they are usually willing to share their plans?
This is a really good question. I have been documenting building my tech startup on my channel from day one and I have been wondering myself how they would react of me asking to film our interactions. It would make good content, but at the same time, I do not want to impede on their privacy.
I love listening to your thoughts of growth. It's true, finding great talent may brings down the stressful circumstances . Keep up the great work and continue being the classy lady you are.

I am not in the interior design space, but it is interesting to discover and learn how similar and complex the project lifecycle and client interactions are similar to developing and designing software.
This so awesome. I hope I can find someone like you to show me the ropes. Here in the US I’m working on my Bachelors in Interior Design and a Masters in Architecture and no one wants to take me on for experience. It’s discouraging but you give me hope.

it's second time i look your vidéo today and i realise that i prefer interior design compares anything else i do .... i renovate also my home in between my work and i focus more on what wall i can remove and all this ... in france it's not easy found one nice team with motivate people but i feel in canada and america also there is more open mind and positive people ! i wish i can found people as you here ... thank you for share your knowledge i look lot of your vidéos in one day , and i love your style i mean fashion and all this ! i'm hasten see your next vidéo ! what you do is just perfect ...
