I would definitely do a NM green chile chicken. Chicken, Chilies, cheese, creamcheese, cream, chile powder,or creole, unless you get to use seasonings at will... You could throw corn I guess, I wouldn't. Corn bread?? I don't know, I gotta watch what she actually does...

Everything turned out amazing!! I love the idea of making a cosmic caramel apple empanada with a coquito drizzle. I didnt think you could make a coquito as a drizzle but I stand corrected & highly impress 💕

I would do like Crispy Fried Chicken
Chicken, chilli sauce , chilli pepper, cheese, cake flour, chilli lime salt, canola oil, coconut milk, coriander, cane sugar, capers . Marinate it, dredge it and fry it .
Definitely something worth trying! Love this chick!
I loved this. I love experimenting with food and cooking foods from different cultures. This is one I'll be doing soon😊

I was raise and born in the Philippines and we do have Empanadas too.

Sometimes here in DR we cook them in the oven for a “healthier” option and sometimes they are made out of “yuca”, also, most of the times they are salty, flavors like “chicken”, “lasagna”, “cheese”, “spinach”… and we like to throw it up some ketchup and mayo🤭.
@@aanaapaatriciaa we use chicken, ground beef or simple pork meat. But I prefer chicken. We mix it with diced carrots, potatoes and peas, sometimes we add raisens, if we like. Majority people from the Philippines we look like Latins because Spanishiards conquer Philippines long time ago. We do have a lot of your family in the Philippines too.
