Aluminium pipe? Bad technique of drilling too. Do not make pipes from aluminium as it can cause alzhiemers.

I am guessing you are not a smoker but metal in the mouth "painted or not" would not be a go to imo. I have tried natural and mad made pipes wood is good plastic for mouth piece is well not total crap but metal I had a stone pipe once and a not to good clay made pipe any ways natural material works better for me "a smoker" don't think a metal tip nor a metal pipe would be all that great plus the heat of the bowl I would assume would be an issue for a good long burning bowl. like a super small sport pipe like that may work but a normal sized bowl I think heat would also be an issue also making the smoke taste "hot" other smokers would know what I mean from a traditionally larger bowl and those who have also tried more of a sports pipe. it isn't that this is a bad idea I think for a shelf piece or a display pipe it would be fine but for something used I am not sure "unless" for like pot maybe?
Yes, thank you for your opinion. You guessed it right, I haven't used a pipe yet, and I got it made of aluminum at the suggestion of a friend who used it. In the future, I will make one of brass metal, I hope it won't cause any problems
