The story follows protagonist Harry Potter, who, after discovering he is a wizard, is sent to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry where he makes friends and receives magical training, and along with his friends stop Lord Voldemort from returning to power. I still have this game. It remains my favorite Harry Potter. The part where I enjoyed the most is when face the Puffskeins, the yellow friendly creatures.

I wonder why this game becomes basically a slideshow sometimes, especially in Gryffindor common room, Quidditch, Great Hall and peacock quest.... I thought it was just me or my emulator, but looks like the game just has these performance problems overall... How could they leave this game unoptimized, when it was developed for a single console... PS1 has so many great and smooth games like Spyro, how could they mess it up so badly for this game...
