I had a dream that z3cubing solves a 15x15 at a 100 floor toyroom!
Those tiny inner pieces are why a 2 and 4 cube are so annoying to put back together. On the plus side, you don't have to worry about parity when assembling them because you can fix that with moves as opposed to taking it apart again. In fact, I'd love to see you do assembly and a solve in one with the 3 and 5 with the caveat that you can't assemble them solved and if parity errors occur you've failed.

You deffinitly did not assemble a 7x7 faster than a 6x6. 6x6 is like 10 times harder than a 7x7.

Ain't no one making a 21x21 force cube. Not because of the dificulty, it is because of the price. You need 6 of the same cube to make a force cube, so 1500 DOLLARS multiplied by 6.

The last time I reassembled my 4x4 it took 4 HOURS! Advice: DON'T DISASSEMBLE YOUR 4X4

What if this became a WCA event?
Potential rules:
-must be in a solvable state (if it is not in a solved or obviously solvable state, the competitor must solve the puzzle)
-pieces can not be put together (with each other or the core) during inspection
This could be a potentially good idea!
What other rules might there be?
I'd say it should at least be solvable for the assembly to be valid
I was tempted to go that route, but I decided against it because it makes odd layer puzzles (where you have to ensure edge orientation/permutation) drastically harder than even layered ones.

this is foul. the cube needs at least to be in a solvable state
The problem is that it's *really* easy to assemble even layered cubes into a solvable state, whereas it's quite difficult to do so for odd layered cubes. Using the rules in this video levels the playing field across different events, plus it makes blindfolded assembly easily possible.
