- Hey y’all and welcome back to our dumpster diving channel! Hope you’re having a great Monday so far :D We went out to dive at some apartments and ended up finding a lot of great items, especially at that first dumpster! It’s always fun when you get to start the day off strong.

You can put shelves inside of your wardrobe to facilitate more storage or use those hanging shoe racks that you find. I think it works great in your utility room- it works wherever it fits right!
That Lego flower is worth a lot of money. My husband is wanting one from Wal-Mart.
Aww I wonder in the 1st dumpster if the folded crate & hay /woodchip (& fur) were from someones pet rabbit maybe that passed away. *the wardrobe was an epic find, very vintage!
They should take that stuff wood chips, old blankets rugs give them to rescues for animals.

You should have grabbed that wood chip bag. You can use that as mulch for your garden beds.

On the wardrobe, you need to get some old English light furniture polish. They also have it in dark. 😊

SCORE!! Y'all did good finding that wardrobe. Measure the dimensions inside the wardrobe & u might could find a small bookcase to go inside of it. That's what I did to mine & I'm using it in my kitchen as a pantry. Great find!!👍

The wardrobe is beautiful . Depending on the size you might be able to put some of the plastic storage drawers in it . To help store thing in it.

Howdy you guys!!! If Bones doesn't already have a holiday/ Christmas ornament, the ornament with the letter 'B' on it could have a special spot on your tree for him. You could get creative and dazzle it up if you wanted. Just a thought!! I'm also quite surprised that you guys didn't notice the sign 'L undromat' lol or perhaps you've seen it before? Those cardboard flat boxes with the cellophane windows at your first dump are for home bakers. You bake cookies or pastries and want to give them as a gift-put them in the boxes just like professional bakers use!

That little clear ikea glass was what my grandma used to put juice in for me when I was very little. But it didn’t come from ikea so I would imagine it was purchased at a Five & Dime back in the 50’ s

If you are still recycling small metal, you should take the dog pen, door knob and metal pans. It can add up to a few dollars!!
Stack some cubes inside your wardrobe give you stacking space.

Lots of great finds! Absolutely love that wardrobe. You may want to find it a home somewhere else. Although it fits the area well, the humidity in the laundry room may not be the best thing for it. And I would get a anchor kit and anchor it to the wall. Bones was really eyeing the top shelf and I would hate to see him jump up there or on top of it and have it tip over, possibly injuring him. They sell inexpensive furniture anchor kits where you buy child proofing items. I've used them and they work great. Just long straps that attach to the furniture and then you anchor it to the wall to keep it from tipping. I love how Bones greets you every time with a big meow, then folllows you around talking. He is so cute. Thanks for taking us along and thank you guys for keeping so much stuff from the landfill. I always knew there was a lot of great stuff thrown in the trash but, your channel and others like it really show just how bad consumerism really is. You are doing a great thing and it is appreciated. I always try and do my part by not throwing away usealbe things but, rather giving away or donating to charity.
You can throw the rugs over something and hose them off with a water hose or a pressure washer.

You should bring garbage dags to put the blankets in so you don't get bad bugs on you. Just open up the garbage bag in the dumpster and put the blanket right into it, and close it up. That way you don't get any bed bugs on you right away.
Lol reminds me of my husband and I. We bought a gorgeous armoire for $100. We needed it for my father in laws precious things after he came to live with us. This thing was so tall we almost couldn’t get it our small country homestead house. Lol. We have decided when we sell, our property that Armoire is being sold with the house. Never moving it again.

You should check the fleece blanket for a tag. The colored stripes are similar to expensive Pendleton blankets.
