I got both the 40 and 44 to try and honestly the 44 is much easier to see stuff on but for the fit the 40 fits so well you don’t even feel it when it’s on so since they both do the exact same thing and will be using it for quick responses I went for the 40 even though I wanted the 44 I had to go for better fit
Great video appreciate all your tips and help. With my 70 year old eyes , I decided to go with the 44🤣 enjoyed your presentation, I’m now a new subscriber to your site👍
I bought the 40mm and I have like small snap on clear case for it that was from amazon or somewhere. I love the size of the 40mm...feels like the size of a usual watch. Only time I wish I had a bigger screen is when I am running and find it hard to read anything on the smaller screen
I have the 44mm GPS model, and it suits great on my hand. Worth buy!
I was debating on which size to go with and after trying them both on in-person, I went with the 44. The 40 just looked liked a kids watch on my wrist. And my wrists are on the skinny side. So if anyone is on the fence, go with the 44. You won't regret it.
Hey some of us have kids sized wrists 😂
Same, my wrist are small, but the 40 just felt too small. Without having any lug to lug distance it’s easier to pull off a larger watch.
Nah the 44 looks too big even without lugs and my wrists are 7.5”….the big watch look is not a good look as it doesn’t wrap around the wrist as well.
The 44 is for fatties😂
This review was extremely helpful. I have big hands and thought the 44mm would be perfect but that gap you described in the band was the first thing I noticed and it was driving me nuts. I’ll be returning for the 40mm. Thanks!
Question - I just ordered the 40mm se 2nd generation - prior I had the 42mm series 3. Will those bands fit the new one?
Would you please state the brand and model of your ring?
Hi there first full day of apple se2 black 40mm GPS, i can say it is very good for what it does, as a friendly kinda budget apple watch it is one of the newest and also only a few things that u miss out from such as blood measuring or something, the 40mm id enough because you can use swipe typing or the voice record which is very good as it works as good in calls as well, it seriously is one of the best and compared to series 8 and ultra size and a extra monitor are the only differences
I was considering getting the SE2 as my first Apple Watch. Seeing as I’ve got an Apple Store 15 minutes away, I went in to try all the sizes/models/colours. I had thought that I'd be choosing the darker colour, but was unsure of the size. I surprised myself because I preferred the lighter colour, and decided on the smaller size. I actually went for the Series 7 41 Nike in Starlight. It was obviously dearer than the SE2, but I think I made the right decision.
Is starlight suitable for guys ?
@@ychu9432 I’ve seen several men wearing starlight, and I think they look fine. Starlight is a neutral color, not looking “masculine vs. feminine.” It looks good for anyone. Also, being neutral, you can put just about any band on it, if you want darker, bolder, or a color to match the clothes you’re wearing. In the end, get what you really like - you’ll be pleased with it! I’m a woman, and I love my starlight and that it looks great with any band. Good luck!
Which strap do you guys recommend?

Would of got the 40mm but Amazon was out of stock of the colour I wanted so I got 44mm
I need for us in a Apple Watches is something that will check our blood glucose levels since I passed out on the July 25 from my sugar level at 31 n hopefully the series 9 will have that or the ultra 2 n keep up with everything else that we need this will our first time getting Apple Watches thank you for your content much appreciated ❤😊
Am I crazy if I think that the 40mm just looks better on me? Even though obviously the 44mm is easier to use especially because I have medium-big fingers…
Great video, buying for mothers day gift, does the s/m wristband on 40mm fit ‘most’ women? M/L out of stock at local store, thnx
May I know what is your arm circumference sir? I also want to buy the 40mm.
6in. 2:18 (So the band size would be 150mm "S/M") if you order online and choose a band size, it would be S/M.
I have the 44mm and it is GREAT
Last year I had a 44mm size Series 8 I think it was….didn’t feel right when wearing or very comfortable so I sold it….3 weeks ago I bought a 40mm SE and it feels so much more comfy to wear and looks better on my wrist I think…..
Walmart has it for 130 on their website right now brand new really good deal but it’s for se 1
I went for 40 mm even that I'm a male, but my wrist is not so big tho. 2 Weeks of use and it feels and works fantastic.
Ok, you are now my fav CZcams ever lol
Thanks my wrist is so small so went with the 40mm
Same! I wanted to go with 44mm and then tried 40mm. It is a lot smaller but it’s way lighter. 44mm was great for viewing stuff better, but 40mm is way better since it’s lighter
thank you. very useful information. I think I will go for the smaller one!
I went for the 40mm my wrists are very small and it gave me the ability to use the Apple Pay later feature while the 44mm would of made me pay full price for what I could get approved for. I plan to use mine mainly for music text and time so I think the 40mm is best for me thanks for the tips 💝
How is it? I’m looking at getting the 40mm
Hi! What is your wrist Measure?
he wrote 6 inches
I got the 40mm because it was 100 from TMobile 😂
Sorry if I missed it in the video but what size is your wrist?
6 in
I have super small wrists and I have the se 2 40mm and there is a gap on the top
A big gap ?
The 40 mm, I will beef it out with a huge case.
Yes both watches have the same batterie performance per charge, but because of the 44mm having a bigger batterie, this could also mean that the batterie life expectancy of the 44 mm is slightly better due to the fact that bigger lithium batteries last longer before you have to replace them with a new one.
Your logic is flawed
@@herewego1067 iPhone 15 pro max lasts way longer than iPhone 15 pro
Yeah I chose 40 because I am 16 and I’m kinda small
gps? wouldn't affect like hotspot usage? or ?? I have never owned an apple watch so I don't understand
No, it connects via Bluetooth
44 for me
44mm GPS here
How do you add the keyboard ??
i have the uk se 22 44mm , but whenever i go on the app store on my apple watch theres no option for keyboard
That feature is only on the Apple Watch series 8 and the Ultra. But I think there is an app to get it.
@@derpypenguin4022 there’s a third party app keyboard for all Apple Watch
@@barkerzz4556 Does the third party app work with regular text messages? My wife uses Android and i use apple LOL....
It’s nice having the keyboard for smiley faces etc, but I usually end up dictating what I want to say …. unless I’m going to look like an idiot talking to my Watch 🤣
I have baby hands so for me its the 40 mm
44 baby more bang for the buck
I just ordered a 40mm today hopefully I doesn’t look stupid on my wrist
How’s your watch
@@durgaprasadmadishetti588I like it a lot. It doesn’t look too small against my wrist. It’s the perfect fit actually. It does exactly what I need it to do as well!
I’m probably gonna buy 40 mm Apple Watch $50 cheaper I don’t see why not to get it
If you don't have cellular and have to always carry your phone, you don't need a watch.
Brain dead take
@@charismatic9467 I haven't worn a watch in 20 years. Didn't miss it. It's ok if it was over your head.
i think 40mm suits on Asian women’s wrist 😅
Who are you?
im batman
Yeah, the 40 is a better look for wrists under 7.5” which will be the majority of us
