Such an enchanting place to vacation! They got monkeys and iguanas, and we have the squirrels and raccoons! Lol! Elizabeth you look so lovely and i can't think of anyone more deserving than you both! Enjoyed taking us along and sharing it with us! Be blessed!❤
As I'm watching this it's very windy and snowy outside of my home...perfect time to light the wood burner, drink tea, snuggle under a blanket and watch your travel vlog from warmer climate 🥰
We dont travel ourse!ves. So thank you for taking us along! Northern Indiana is where we live and the month of January, we only had eight days with sunshine! It was a long month! So, yes, we are among the pasty white. Lol!!

Thanks for the tour. My family and I served in Papua New Guinea for 2yrs and we lived on a steep hill. We didn't have carts. I think it put 10 years on my knees. Hauling our groceries up the hill too was hard. At the end I did a lot of talking to God with each step thanking Him for the luxuries I have and to help me with each step I took not to complain. 😔 It sure was beautiful we lived in a house that was very simple had windows open 24/7 and enjoyed the beautiful creation.

I'm fairly sure your lemur is a coati. They're 'nosier', and I think lemurs have striped tails. Lovely to see, though. It's a fabulous resort, with gorgeous rooms, grounds, and views! Just simply beautiful! It's wonderful to see you and Elizabeth enjoying it so much.

Ok, I've never heard of a coati. It looked like a lemur to me.
@@LiveSimpleLiveFree (I think) Lemurs are smaller, not such a long nose, and have a 'ring tail' (sideways stripes). Lemurs are more 'monkey-like' and coatis are more 'ant-eater' like.

Spectacular video! Thank you so much for sharing. LOVED seeing all the beautiful and versatile views; and of course the animals are fabulous. I did not know Lemurs inhabited Costa Rica!! The monkeys are soooo much fun to watch - and yes, their little faces are very serious, yet comical. The best part about this video is seeing you both so happy and "in the moment". Many times vacations can be rushed from one activity to the next without enjoying "right now". I thoroughly enjoy that you both take the time to savor each moment and share them with your viewers. We found out today that it was likely a coati. They sure look like lemurs! 😊

Because of Elizabeth's balance issues from her stroke 12 years ago, she cannot handle the motion of a boat. She would spend the entire time in bed, just trying to survive.

I get super excited! The resort reminds me of cruising on the Norwegian Cruise ships. We were going every year until John's mom had to be cared for more. And then the big "c" hit and travel for us was a no go! So we haven't travelled since 2018 after traveling sometimes twice a year. These thrive trips and watching Norali on itchyboots (CZcams) travel an over the world on her motorcycle is the only travel we do now. This resort is sooooo amazing but I feel the same way about the hills and music. Keep em coming Bill and Elizabeth!

@@LiveSimpleLiveFree 👍 we're doing that now almost every night for a few hours. We're in series one now after randomly watching whatever popped up. It's so neat to watch her progress from a few minutes to longer videos. My husband is so fascinated with her lack of fear to travel in some of these places without being able to communicate. Eating strange food and living with so much uncertainty. Kind of reminds me of the boldness we should have as Christians.

I'm not adverse to swimming. Just swimming in COLD water. It's got to be at least 85 degrees. Anything that's "once you're in" is too cold for me. 😎

I was in Costa Rica for two weeks for my honeymoon.. some areas have wild horses on the beaches..The place is lovely.. l miss it.. go to one of the volcanoes! I stayed higher up the coast rented a car and drove down the coast and stayed at another place.. it’s gorgeous! this was years ago mind you not sure if it’s still safe to do that
